“Highly recommend. Service and communication were excellent throughout the entire process. Due to a supplier issue, the quartz I had ordered was not going to be delivered on time for my install schedule, so Personal Touch allowed me to substitute a higher priced stone for my original cost. On the day of the install, the owner drove to Orlando to pick it up at (no charge to me), and then they fabricated and installed it on the same day! Installation of kitchen, dining room and two bathrooms was immaculate. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you!”

“Got just exactly what I wanted in a durable contractor level at a rice less than online and home stores. Service was excellent, salesperson helped me so very much- would never go anywhere else! 5/9/22 update! Just got some items for my daughter’s new home and Ferguson’s impressed me yet again! My items from 2019 are excellent, so I recommend them to her and she is so happy! No box stores for me and now none for her either. Fergusons is excellent- quality, price, selection, inspiration!
