“I shopped at 1) Home Depot (it's the first one I came to), 2) Lowe's (generally where we buy)3) Top Line and could not find what I wanted. A friend said she has always purchased at Appliance Direct in Melbourne. Found what I wanted. It was delivered TWO days later (which happened to be 4 days before Christmas) which I discovered as I shopped at the other three places, couldn't happen. Sales rep answered questions, easy transaction. Delivery team was courteous and professional. Will definitely go back.”

We discussed repairing a hole in my rusted out steel tub, and not only did he take me seriously, he offered advice on other methods to try. If you're looking for better quality bath fixtures than what the big box stores offer, and a staff that can help navigate the options, this is the place to go.”

“I went to buy a chalk board the other day and Ryan and Paul helped me. They were willing to go up to get a unopened box from the very top of the racks to help me, however, I just wanted a piece that Paul cut for me. Ryan discounted it due to it being partly damaged. They were both wonderful and really helped me a lot. Ryan should be a manager as he is very smart and knowledgeable. Thanks to both of them I will return when I need items the Home Depot sells. Service was excellent, salesperson helped me so very much- would never go anywhere else! 5/9/22 update! Just got some items for my daughter’s new home and Ferguson’s impressed me yet again! My items from 2019 are excellent, so I recommend them to her and she is so happy! No box stores for me and now none for her either. Fergusons is excellent- quality, price, selection, inspiration! Highly (again) recommend!”
