My German Shepherd puppy and I just finished an Adult Dog Training course with the dog trainer Kat. She is knowledgable, receptive, and compassionate! She made training him a breeze. The store itself has very kind staff, and an excellent management team who prioritize animal welfare.

Your staff went over and above to assist me. I needed to have my dogs nails clipped but did not have his shot records with me. My fault they called my old vet.(My fault.) The they looked up the telephone nuber for my new vet and called them. This saved me a lot of time and trouble. Kudos to your staff!
