Been banking with space coast for a very long time and its the best bank ive delt with. Not sure what issues most of you have had but maybe change your attitude towards them and you could possibly get a better response. In all the years I've banked with them and at this particular bank, ive never had any issues. Don't show up there to handle your business within their closing time, its small branch as most of yall can see but you people expect giant branch outcomes. So who's really the problem hereš¤·š½āāļø. Don't like this branch, go to another. There plenty to go to with all your whining and complaining. You know its small so why would you expect so much. Learn to lower your expectations on some things and find another branch to go to.

Worst customer service ever!!!! I had 2 unauthorized charges post to my account. I immediately try to rectify it. I was on hold for 51 minutes b4 I hung up. Finally I was told I had to do more foot work to get my charges returned than the fbi would require for a murder case!!!!! Horrible customer service!!! Horrible the way they don't get your money back. I'll be putting all my money back into my bank of America account!!!!!

Wish I knew about their customer service before I took out an auto loan with them.
Iām up to 8 phone calls to try and get payoff from my insurance company on a total loss claim due to Hurricane Helene. I tried patience and understanding but The customer service people are apathetic and not helpful!

I got an email saying they would be closed on the 9th and 10th due to hurricane Milton. So I was going to go into today on the 8th so I can deposit cash for a very important payment and they are closed. Why even send an email if you are gonna be closed before your set dates? SMH.

Amanda is amazing and deserves a raise. I came in with an emergency issue and though she could not herself solve it⦠she provided me with all the information I needed to accomplish what I needed to by end of day. She was professional, friendly and really thoughtful. She never overstated her knowledge but she was 100% accurate in helping me. She is an excellent example of excellence in service. I hope the management team at this store appreciates the caliber of customer service sheās providing.
I have dealt with other employees here with similar results. Itās a great team. But you have a star in Amanda.

Kickbacks to Car Dealerships?
In negotiating the purchase of a car from a local dealer, they would only do the deal if I financed with this credit union. The finance person at the dealership said it's because he gets a good kickback (his words) in bringing the credit union business. While I agreed to the deal the finance person presented on the car and put down a $1000 deposit to secure the deal, ultimately the dealership backed out of their own deal, because I chose to finance with my bank.

I'm just an old man, a Senior Citizen and a Disabled Vietnam Vet living alone in a Melbourne Authority Housing Unit who recently ran into some trouble when the local Post Office lost my Certified Check earmarked for the Melbourne Housing Authority in Brevard County. Normally, it takes 90 days before the bank will put a stop on one of their checks. I didn't have the luxury of waiting that long nor did I have the funds to request another check. So I walked into the bank with hopes that something could be done for me. In short, I found a Bank Manager working there whose first name is "Julia." I explained my dilemma and right away she began working to find a solution that would solve my problem. I was called back to the bank later that afternoon where I found a new check waiting for me. I canāt tell you what a relief it was to find that so I just wanted to write this review to thank Julia and her supervisors for going the extra mile in helping me. The people that work in this branch are always cheery and helpful but it goes without saying that there are also those who know what it means to ātake possession of the ballā and work with it rather than simply handing if off to someone else. So Iām sending out a big THANK-YOU to Julia for being that kind of person!

Always very helpful in this small neighborhood branch. The staff was so helpful that I am now transitioning from the Bank of America branch office exactly next door to SCCU for our banking needs.
