“I came in for a slow tire leak in my 2016 Golf R. I chose Tuffy's because of the high rating compared to any competitors within the Viera area. I was quickly setup and the work started right away. Found a small carpenters nail in the tread, patched it quickly, and bam on my way. Both the desk staff and my tech were awesome and kept me informed. In my normal experience at ANY tire place I have ever been, I usually feel the tension and dont feel very comfortable in the process. Tuffy's is great. I'll be going here again.”

“My VW Jetta needed a brand new AC system. These guys did the job within 24 hours. My cars AC is running amazing. I had it repaired at a place in Rockledge off of Huntington a year and half ago and they didn’t diagnose it fully and was pricey for the repair just to not have AC blowing cold. “I have a 1969 Camaro that is hard to find good mechanics to work on. I had taken the car to another shop for some suspension issues also alignment issues and a few hundred dollars later they told me that there is nothing wrong with the car but the issues were obvious. I ended up taking the car to Gattos in Melbourne on bush rd and John and his staff were just amazing they got my old car handling and riding better than I expected and I can’t even remember having better service for a long time. I would have given 6 stars if I could . Btw they took care of a lot of little things they discovered along the way and did not charge me a nickel for it. I have to say it is nice not to be nickel and dimed to death. I recommend this place big time.”

“Between Fort Lauderdale and Jacksonville, there are several BJ's gas stations...luckily, using the Gas Buddy APP, we found out that this one has the lowest price so we pulled in here to get some gas. It was $3.14 this morning. This BJ's gas is located right next to a regular BJ store, so it's convenient for those who want to fill up and do some shopping. This location is also close to many other retailers and restaurants like Walmart, Einstein Brothers Bagels, Popeye's fried chicken, Golden Corral buffet and much more....”

“Long story short, Javier, the manager went out of his way to help a couple of out-of-towners quickly and affordably...If I lived here I would likely make this my go to for work on our vehicles. Javier was a life saver. My mom was just put in hospice and my wife and I came down to assist her and her husband a little bit. We were using their vehicle and one of the tires had picked up a nail. Having only one day before flying home we stopped at Firestone. Javier was attentive and came out and assessed the life of each tire. One of the two best tires was the one that needed patching, but was outside of their repair zone. Knowing the car didn't see much use we frantically drove around the area hoping to get the tire patched. We eventually found out the tires were too old to be repaired. We had been so impressed with Javier that we decided to return to Firestone. Of course the vehicle requires specialty tires and they needed to be delivered. By the end of the day the tires were on and installed for a very reasonable price. We love that guy!”

“Last week I had the pleasure of meeting and being waited on by Tony Lopez of Coastal Hyundai. My wife and I entered the dealership at about noon, leaving about 90 minutes later with a new pre-owned car. Tony met us at the door, and I explained what we wanted to spend, what vehicles we were looking for, and the mileage.He showed us four cars, explained the mileage and the price of each, and we took one for a test drive; it was a 2020 Hyundai Tucson SUV with low mileage. He explained in detail about the previous owner and, of course, the car's features.I liked it and said I wanted it if the price was right, so we went inside and talked; I had a trade-in that they inspected. I explained that I didn't want to sit there for hours going back and forth, and he felt the same way. So he made an offer for my trade, which was a little low, and worked with us. We already had financing in place, and he asked if he could match it and if we would consider financing with them; that was fair, so we did.We agreed on the trade, the percentage of the loan, and the price of the car.Tony is perhaps the best automobile salesman I have ever dealt with. He is highly professional and accommodating. He introduced us to the store manager, The finance person and explained the service department in detail.
