“I cannot say enough good things about this shop and Sarah at the front desk. I had just come off a 13hr over night shift at the hospital and saw a nail sticking out of my brand new tire in the back. I drive a LOT on 95 with 2 young children and in my half asleep stupor I brought the car here instead of the other tire store that put the 4 new tires on in Aug. They’re under warranty at the other store and not here. Half asleep and now at the wrong store Sarah had the techs just look at my tire and they were able to take the nail out without any damage to my tire. No charge and only 15 mins of my time. Sarah truly made it easy and stress free as I was already at my limit with exhaustion and being at the wrong store. Thank you Sarah and thank you to the techs who took that nail out so my babies and I can drive safely.”

“I called to have my timing belt replaced on a 2012 Honda Pilot. Jess was very knowledgeable on the initial call and knew I would also want the water pump and tensioner pulley replaced. She booked an appointment and they finished the job on time. In the process, they found one of the engine mounts was damaged and replaced it, only charging me for the part.
