“Last Sunday, August 23, I went to the JCPenney store at Melbourne Square Mall and found some very comfortable women’s underwear on a Buy 2, Get 2 Free promotion. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to buy them that day.

The following day, Monday, August 24, I happened to be at Merritt Island Square Mall, so I stopped by the JCPenney store there to see if they carried the same underwear.

To my surprise, the exact same underwear had gone up in price in just one day—from $14 for two pairs to $10 per pair! 🥹

I mentioned this to a JCPenney associate, Jacob, and he told me about a store policy that allowed me to receive $10 off if I provided my name and phone number. Thanks to him, the three pairs I purchased ended up costing about the same as the price I would have paid on Sunday.

I really appreciate Jacob for taking the time to let me know about this option. He was also incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

“This is my favorite thrift shop in Suntree. I hesitate to tell you how great it is because I don't want to share my secret shopping spots, but here goes anyway. This is a small, church run thrift shop. They have clothes for men and women as well as some children's and baby clothes. They usually have a great selection of china and home decor as well. One special note, they have numerous "high end" pieces for sale in a display behind the counter. You might see antique items, designer purses and many collectibles.
Please be kind to the volunteers who give their time to work in the thrift shop. Don't tell your friends about my secret spot for thrifting.”

“Busy but clean and the employees were kind.
This doesn't affect the review because there's nothing old navy can do about it but ... the customers seemed to have a habit of pushing me out of the way by getting right in front of me. Mothers with teenage daughters need to realize that while they are teaching their children to be rude they are also teaching the world to be rude to their children.”
