“Let’s be real, the unit is fine. There is an elevator to get to the second floor which is wonderful to help us move large stuff to our unit. There is also a set of stairs around the corner for faster access. It’s in a AC controlled environment, so that our belongings don’t get all moldy. Sign up was a breeze, their app is easy to use, and the auto pay feature is great. The frustrating thing is that within a year, my bill will have increased from $55, to $85, to $115. There has been no upgrades, I haven’t moved to a bigger unit, I haven’t been late on any of my payments. So why?! “It’s because you are in a month to month basis, with no contract”. That’s crazy… seems like a way to cheat the system and take advantage of people. I’m sure most storage places are like that these days, I’m in search of another.

“We have been renting a unit for 2 years now. Rates are good.Manager does her job. And this year they started updating the units with dry walls and area is always clean.There are rules every where, so if you follow the rules and pay on time there are no problems.”

“Holly Bryant, the site Mgr at the Uhaul location in Merrit Island is awesome!!, last night my card would not work so i contacted the after hour # and spoke w Holly, she immediately sprang into action and right over the phone let me create a pin code and cancelled my card and explained in details that with pin code # i would not have to use nor worry about the swipe card anymore, i would highly recommend this storage unit facility, always clean and maintained and in emergencies the response time is asap! Thank you Holly Bryant for helping me get into my unit after hours!!”
