I am editing my review after living here for 6 months. I will say that the maintenance team is still great - if something is wrong in your apartment they fix it immediately. The neighborhood is very convenient and pleasant, you can literally walk to everything, except there have been ongoing construction from 16th St/West Avenue to 17th Street/West Avenue which is a mess and looks like it will be continuing for a while which is not ideal.

The problem that I am having is the constant noise from the apartment above me, which does not seem to be the fault of the tenants because they are just living their lives. The problem comes from the cheap construction and what seems like literally no insulation at all - I can literally hear everything they are doing and it sounds like they are walking around with bricks attached to their feet. Also, what is really disgusting is that I can hear them going to the bathroom. I am constantly being woken up in the middle of the night when they go to the bathroom - again when they walk to the bathroom their footsteps sound like elephants walking.

As I am typing this message I can hear them above me and its early in the morning. There is really no peace and quiet whatsoever!!

I have tried to bring this issue up with the management team but no one answers me with any sort of solution. I have requested to be allowed to move out early, but no response. I did read all the reviews of the building before I moved in and wish that I had paid closer attention, but the building is very nice, apartments are modern and views are great. Unfortunately, without peace and quiet it's impossible to enjoy any of it.

So far maintenance always does a great job!!

I'm editing this review one month after I moved inyo the north tower just one month ago. All of experiences with maintenance have been exceptional and, Javier in particular is especially great!! He always arrives on time, solves the problem, is super nice and friendly and gets the job done immediately. I've never had to wait, in fact, my washer and dryer were not working so great when I moved in, and they replaced both units and now I have a brand new washer and dryer! I really don't understand what all these bad reviews are about, but I can assure you my experience has been 10 stars across the board! I love living here! ❤️❤️

Since I'm unable to add a new review, I'm just going to keep editing this one and say that the maintenance team is exceptional, they are quick, efficient, polite, neat, clean, and always do the best job. I have no complaints! Thank you!!”
