“Came here today to renew my tag since it expires this month. Based on some of the reviews, I was expecting a much worse experience, but honestly, it was somewhere in the middle. Yes, the line was long and the office was busy. I arrived around 4:15–4:20 PM and left at approximately 5:11 PM, so I was still able to get everything done in under an hour despite arriving close to closing time. The staff was actually pleasant, professional, and worked efficiently. I had no issues with anyone and appreciated that they kept things moving. My biggest recommendation is to come earlier in the day if possible. The later it gets, the more crowded it seems to become. The office is located in the plaza between Metro by T-Mobile and Bank of America, tucked into the corner. There is plenty of parking in the shopping center, although it can get busy and you may need to circle around for a spot. A couple of things to keep in mind: there is no public restroom available, and seating is limited. Most of the chairs appeared to be occupied by customers waiting for longer transactions, so if you’re coming during a busy period, be prepared to stand in line for a while. Overall, are the lines long? Absolutely. Is it the most enjoyable errand you’ll ever run? Not exactly. But the staff was courteous, the process was straightforward, and I was able to get my tag renewed without any issues.”
