However, there is a significant limitation noted: customers have been given purely electric cars without any prior information or questions, which can be very unusual and difficult for those without experience, especially abroad. Using public charging stations without a US cell phone and credit card is reported as very difficult. An attempt to sell additional insurance is sometimes made, but a refusal is immediately accepted.
