About Budget Car Rental
Budget Car Rental at the Miami Downtown location offers a convenient choice for those needing to rent a vehicle near the Miami Tower Building. Customers can select from a range of vehicles, including luxury, economy, pickup trucks, and more. The location is suitable for various needs, whether enjoying Miami’s attractions, planning a long-term rental, or going on a road trip with friends. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, providing good customer service and assistance, even helping with issues at other locations. Renting and dropping off a car is usually smooth, with positive experiences noted at the drop-off. However, wait times can be long, such as a 3.5-hour wait due to vehicle cleaning and turnover, which may discourage repeat visits. Some customers mention receiving unexpected charges and cars in poor condition, with issues like worn tires, vibrations, and exterior scratches. Despite these concerns, many still recommend the staff for their kindness and helpfulness. Overall, Budget Miami Downtown provides a range of vehicle options and decent service, suitable for travelers looking for affordable and convenient car rentals in the city.

Very beat up and run down building. They didn’t have our car available after waiting 40 minutes in a line.

Terrible customer service. I was simply asking questions to understand the instructions, and the employee became aggressive and shouted at me. Completely disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not rent from this location again.
