Hotel Greystone offers clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms, with some guests recommending the upgraded Roof Terrace suites. Its location is perfect, right by the beach and everything needed. The pool area is quiet and serene. The hotel provides amazing food and an impressive restaurant bar with excellent bartenders. The service is top notch and unbelievable, with very friendly and helpful staff at the front desk making stays enjoyable and special. The only noted drawback is that the rooftop bar closes early.
Gigi and Miriam were amazing . They provided a 5 star customer service. Definitely recommend this hotel and I will be back .

i want to especially give KUDOS to Gigi, Julie and Robin....the first two on your registration desk and Robin in the French/Japanese restaurant....they went out of their way and way beyond their job description to make sure that i was accommodated....you train your staff well.....

We enjoyed having a private rooftop jacuzzi suite in Miami Beach! The only negative is it can be too hot for a jacuzzi - even at night. Thank you to Julie for her friendly hospitality!
