We checked in a few days ago and experienced a minor issue with our online booking, but Fritzner resolved it promptly the next day and offered us the best possible option for our family. His helpful attitude truly made a difference!
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is absolutely delicious. Every member of the staff we encountered was courteous and attentive. Our week here was truly amazing and unforgettable.

- decent food options and great selection of cocktails
Cons
- this is a very loud hotel. The top floor restaurant and pool area is ridiculously loud. If you will not be able to hear the person across the table or your own music
- service is pretty mediocre at this price point. Staff are very courteous but sometimes disinterested
- the beach is a missed opportunity to offer luxury - - the chairs are rammed together. Sun loungers are basic plastic chairs. It is however pretty quiet on the beach
- there are not enough elevators - on some occasions we had to wait over 5 minutes for one”
“We stayed 2 days at Pestana mid March, and were very happy with our choice. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the room was large and clean, and the pool and common areas were all very nice, especially the pool. We hung out by the pool, and in the little bar, and enjoyed the company of Carolina, the extremely helpful and friendly bartender. We enjoyed chatting with her while she worked. She’s a peach. We also liked the location, close enough to the beach, and on a quiet street. We have no problem rating Pestana 5 out of 5, and would happily recommend to friends and family.”

“We walked into a fairytale! I am still on highs of this property. I am counting the days of return. The beauty service cleanliness and feel of this resort is everything I imagined and didn't. I prayed to God we would have an amazing time and that's what happened. It would be hard to stay anywhere else but here. Pepe in the pool and Cindy, was freaking amazing!”
“I make it a point to stay at the Loews Miami Beach at least once a year, and it never disappoints. From the moment you pull up, the experience is seamless - your bags are grabbed before you even step out of the car, check-in is quick and painless, and the front desk follows up via text to make sure everything is to your liking. That kind of attentiveness is hard to find and easy to appreciate.
The rooms are lovely - well-appointed, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a day in Miami Beach. The property itself has a great energy, and the location puts you right in the middle of everything the city has to offer.
For me, it’s the consistency that sets Loews apart. Great service one visit could be a fluke - great service every single visit is a standard. They’ve earned my loyalty, and I’d recommend this hotel without hesitation to anyone looking for a top-tier Miami Beach experience.”
“Stayed at the Marriott Vacation Club Pulse, South Beach and it delivered exactly what I needed.
Location is the highlight—walkable to the beach, restaurants, and everything South Beach offers. The property is smaller and more low-key than a typical Marriott, which makes the overall experience quicker and easier.
Room was clean, functional, and well-maintained. Staff across the board were friendly and helpful, with the day shift team standing out—they went above and beyond, even assisting with a wheelchair need outside of their normal scope.
Only two issues: one night the valet wait was unusually long (possibly a system issue), and I was briefly given the wrong vehicle key, which required turning back after leaving. Both were frustrating in the moment, but easy to overlook given how strong the overall service was.
Verdict:
Would definitely stay again for trips where location and reliability matter most. Welcome and friendly staff is a big factor.”

“This is the only hotel to stay in Miami!! The moment you walk through the doors, the staff are so amazing and friendly. We tried all 3 restaurants and the 2 bars, and every one of them were incredible!! All the staff got out of their way to make sure you have everything you want, and l can't recommend The Setai highly enough!! We stayed for a week, and were very sad to leave, but we ll be back soon!!!”

“The best of the best. Every time I have been to Faena for a show, the spa or even the beach it has been a wonderful experience. The bartenders Gabriel and Joseph (at the living room) never fail to make delightful drinks, the beach employees are wonderful at making us feel welcomed and making sure we have everything we need, specially Dwi and Agusto.Tyler and Wagner at guest services go above and beyond each time! Truly a magical experience. 10/10 recommend.”
“We enjoyed our stay at the Tony Hotel! The best part about the Tony was the staff - everyone was so warm and friendly, and they gave us personalized recommendations about what to do in Miami. They even remembered us later and asked if we did those things! The location is also great. Rooms were overall ok - they were clean, a good size, but a bit outdated.”

“Born and raised in Italy, I usually avoid Italian restaurants outside of Italy like the plague — but Pelican Hotel South Beach is the one and only exception. This is the only place I’ve found that serves truly authentic Italian food done right. Absolutely outstanding. ??✨
On top of that, the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of South Beach, and the staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive — they genuinely make you feel at home.

“The service was great! A man by the name of Chris checked me in and was very friendly. The hotel is right in the heart of South Beach, and the room was nice and clean. Unless you book a room at the front, your only view will be the building next door, but if you don't spend much time in your room that's fine. Since this hotel and the ones near it have been seen in many TV shows and movies, it's fun to be staying at it and seeing it in person. I will definitely stay here again.”

“We stayed here for the first time last weekend and cannot wait to come back. The location is unbeatable as a beachfront hotel with immediate beach access. The hotel amenities were also fantastic: 1) beach chairs on the beach included (with umbrella for small upcharge), 2) food & beverage service on the beach, and 3) the same great setup at the massive pool. The service was excellent: we were happily taken care of by the beach and pool staff including Isaac, Samson, Chris, CJ, and David. Our rooms were made up every day, and we had the best time.”

“Staying at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach absolutely made our honeymoon. We had a setback and because of weather our flight was cancelled and we missed being able to get on our cruise. So we pivoted an decided to stay at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach and we're so glad we did. All of the staff we interacted with was fantastic, helpful and welcoming but the Club Lounge staff (Blair, Ben, Luis and Alexander) were absolutely phenomenal. They heard our story and surprised us with an upgrade. They were always so kind and welcoming too whenever we came into the club lounge. The day before we checked out the club lounge staff gave us a picture frame with a picture of me and my husband as a parting gift.
The beach was where we spent a lot of time. The beach attendants we're great and supper welcoming. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature.
If a person is going to stay I highly recommend staying at a room with the Club Lounge amenities, that made our trip hands down. And as mentioned above, the staff are fabulous.
I would absolutely, 100%, recommend anyone to stay at this location. The service and the genuine care the staff have for the guests good beings words.”
