I had an amazing time at this place! The rooms were super comfortable and clean, and the location is perfect for everything you could ever need, including the beach. Julian at the front desk was really helpful and friendly, and I’ll definitely be back!

My only complaints with the hotel was (1) the noise level, I understand the city life can be loud at times, but I didn’t realize that this hotel is set up with the doors directly to the outside which makes the noise levels much louder; (2) when we first arrived the I had asked the concierge about local parking spot, his response was “there isn’t much out there, but we have valet here for” ~$50/day. My husband and I were able to find a local parking garage for much cheaper (which would’ve been nice to have been given the option at the front desk).

The service at Hotel Greystone was absolutely impeccable. From check-in to check-out, the staff went above and beyond — upgrading our room, surprising us with sparkling wine, and making our birthday celebration unforgettable.
The rooms are stylish, modern, and very comfortable with a romantic boutique feel. The only thing we missed was having a coffee pot in the room. There is a lovely coffee bar in the lobby, but it would be even better if it opened earlier.
The food at the hotel was very good — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Combined with the rooftop space and great cocktails, dining at the hotel was a highlight.
The location is perfect — steps from the beach and close to dining and activities. Everything felt safe, walkable, and convenient.
Thank you to the entire team for such a memorable stay. We can’t wait to return!

Fred, Julian, Jose and Brandon all delivered top notch hospitality service. Julian was extremely accommodating, kind and helpful. The cleaners did an excellent job on our room. All the facilities were beautiful and well done. We loved the bodega-like cafe, Kobo, as well as the woman who worked in it both days we were there. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was awesome.

Quiet luxury in a beautiful art deco style. Checked in after an overnight flight and our requested early check in room was available when we arrived. Front desk person was welcoming and efficient. We felt very well cared for as during all of our previous stays over the past eight years.

wow…hotel greystone - what a gorgeous place! where to start? our room was spotless and having our own private jacuzzi terrace was the cherry on top of our stay! the staff were all kind, friendly and welcoming, as was the hotel itself. the decor was beautiful and as we came just after the school holidays, we practically had the rooftop pool / bar to ourselves! absolute bliss. the Kobo cafe was perfect for us coffee addicts too. can’t recommend this place enough, we’ll definitely be back! thank you for having us 🤍🥂🌞👙

The staff at the GreyStone went above and beyond to accommodate my parents. They were able to check them in earlier and allow them to accommodate friends that were waiting to check into their hotel. Thank you so much for your kindness and understanding with them. Top notch service at a beautiful hotel!

This was our first stay at this boutique hotel. I love it.I loved the rooms are very clean they have a very modern sleek space. The bed was comfortable, location was great walking distance to beach, shops. Great customer service at KOBO cafe where we had breakfast. Tanya goes above and beyond at the cafe. Great stay, will definitely stay here again .

It was our first time staying here and we had a nice experience. It was an adults only hotel. The staff was friendly and made sure to make our stay as perfect as they could. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and water pressure was great. The hotel is two blocks from the section on the beach where you can claim your beach chairs and to rent an umbrella was $20 for the day. It was nice that beach towels were included with your stay, one less thing to worry about. I would stay here again and have recommended since we returned from our trip.
Walkability: We were able to walk to a few breakfast places, the CVS was next door, there’s a KITH store across the street and the beach is across the street as well. The section to claim the free beach chairs is 2 short blocks away.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Greystone Miami, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way! Located just a few steps away from the vibrant South Beach, this hotel is a gem in the heart of Miami.
From the moment I stepped inside, I was struck by the beautiful ambience that fills every corner of this boutique hotel. The decor is stylish and modern, with a touch of elegance that makes you feel like you're in a luxurious oasis.
But what truly made my stay special was the exceptional service, particularly from Fernando, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. His warm smile, attentive nature, and genuine desire to make me feel welcome made all the difference.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, with all the amenities you need to relax and unwind. And with South Beach just a stone's throw away, you're never far from the action.
Overall, I would highly recommend Hotel Greystone Miami to anyone looking for a unique and unforgettable experience in Miami. Special thanks again to Fernando for making my stay so special. I'll be back soon! 5/5 stars!

Excellent experience from check in to check out! I was impressed by their commitment to going the extra mile, so this is my second time staying at Greystone hotel and will recommend it with out hesitation, spotless hotel from rooms to hallways etc..They also provide Malin + Goetz products you don’t even see them @ the W hotel.
