“The gym floor was nice, but very small bleachers. The metal bleachers were so cold you had to sit on your coat. Then you would get cold because the building was so cold. The bleachers seemed designed for small kids. Between the small bleachers and the cold my body started cramping. When the game was over I went to my car to warm up.”

“A great place to work out AND get personalized training. I "Trained with Gena" and she has such a positive energy and is extremely knowledgeable on nutrition and exercise. She was patient with me and my old habits and pushed me to be better than I was the day before. Would definately recommend!”
