I was disappointed to learn recently in the news that HSBC will close all of its retail banking in the United States. I have enjoyed the conveniences that HSBC has provided me over the past eleven years that I've held accounts with them. The service was always efficient, professional, and friendly.

Big banks theses days are horrible. All automated , no human touch, waiting for long time to talk by the phone, etc. But sometimes we find exceptional people like Emiliana Esquivel ( personal banker ) at HSBC Miami Beach branch. A real professional, willing to go the extra mile to do her job well !Kudos !! to her !

I've been going to this branch for years. It's always a pleasant experience. There is never a long line and the staff are very professional, courteous, and helpful. Carmen helped me the last time I was there. She is so nice!
