Poor in-store pickup experience, I buy normally on the aventura mall store, but never had experience this treatment?
I came to pick up an order and unfortunately had a very unprofessional experience. No one greeted me or offered assistance when I entered the store. I went to the counter, where several sales associates looked at me, and one asked if I was ready. I explained I was there for a pickup order, and they told me that pickups were “at the front of the store,” even though there’s no signage indicating that.
Eventually, a bag was handed to me without anyone confirming if it included the full order. I had to ask if that was everything, and only then did they realize some items were missing and went back to get the rest. Throughout the whole process, the staff showed no initiative or willingness to help. The only person who actually assisted me was the guy at the front, who kindly offered me a bag at the end.
This level of service was far below what I expected.

After being a loyal customer of JCrew for many years, this by far was the worst in store experience I’ve ever had. The manager is disrespectful and made crude assumptions of me. Do not visit this store.

Rude staff!!! I purchase j crew in Texas and when I asked if they had a sale section they laughed at me saying that it was a fancy store and they don't have that.

This is place, I shop few times a year since moved here ! I purchased a casmire sweater for my sister and give her first her birthday. Few weeks letter ahead used an had to clean one spot with soup and warm water collor pink totally came of to whiteish cream ! 120-150 $ sweater I told MOd about totally turn her head walked !!! Made it sound like a we wash whole sweater on cold water..as resistance in south beach never buying anything from this place again

Went with my someone special to peruse the wares. Professional service and good choices. We were contemplating getting a handbag for my girlfriend, were in two minds and a graceful and prescient lady customer chimed in “…looks amazing…” Decision was made. And the purse is a go-to now. TY J. Crew for the service, good products and a really nice vibe…✌????

Within 30 seconds of walking into the store, the saleswoman at the front made it clear my toddler was not welcome and to “watch her little fingers” while my husband was holding her. Left immediately.

I have been going to this J.Crew location since it opened. God knows how many years ago that has been but I have seen J. Crew morph into something I just no longer recognize for so many reasons. First of all, the hours are a joke! so unbelievable considering this is Miami and it closes at 7 PM!! Even during the holidays because of the staff shortage!!! I can't even get there by 7 so that really sucks. I mean these are hours for Dubuque Iowa not Miami Florida! And of course we have the recurrent theme of no employees and so they cannot extend the hours. Second, I guess J. Crew as a company is kind of falling apart @ the seams from where it used to be. The design is just not there anymore-it has become so mainstream likewise there is minimal selection. The quality has gone downhill and color options are minimal as well. I could go on and on ...even the way the store is merchandised is not as exciting & enticing as it once used to be... I can say all of this with many years of credibility under my belt shopping with J. Crew since I was a teen, using their catalogs and wanting everything in there!!! I am a career shopper since kindergarten and an equal opportunity shopper to boot. I shop everywhere from Old Navy to Chanel and everything in between. Most people are floored when they find out what I'm wearing is from J. Crew. And honestly you could do a marketing campaign in my closet I have so much J. Crew Merchandise... an example would be my rainbow of over a hundred cashmere and cotton and cardigan sweaters unlimited... what happened to the "couture line"of J. Crew when Jenna Lyons was there? It seems -like most of the world -everything is getting fizzled out to the bare-bones. I hate to see this happening and if you would like additional input I am more than happy to share since I am such a huge J. Crew fan. Sending much luck directly to headquarters.!!! Please take head!!
