Arrived 2:49pm Feb 18 to pick up a urine jug (not do bloodwork) and they’d already locked the door early.
I can hear her inside but shes ignoring me and won’t open the door. I believe your office is supposed to be open until 3 today.
I drove 30 minutes to get there and had to turn around and leave. Please speak to whomever needs to be spoken-to, regarding closing early.

Very dirty and the waiting area is moldy, not enough staff and very poor environment and absolutely no costumer service. Thy took my blood and it was very painful, the nurse told me they didn’t have the good needles and had runout

I have been coming to this Labcorp for numerous years and yesterday was the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There is a new spanish woman with black hair and glasses. She is rude, not helpful and overall a miserable person who should not be working there.
I understand she was by herself, working the front desk and taking blood, (I tried to acknowledge that with her, but she didn't seem to acknowledge that) but her rudeness should have been left at home. I was told by her that after she asked me some questions it would take a few more minutes. After 1 hour later, I asked her how much longer could it possibly be, and her reply was 2 hours more waiting time. I was last on line (I did not have an appointment), but there were only 3 people in front of me. I left because I had another appointment at another doctor.
I made a new appointment about 20 minutes away from where I live at a Walgreens where there is a Labcorp. I was in and out of there in 10 minutes. A very nice lady was there and she was very efficient!

An absolute waste of time trying to come here. The machine that you are supposed to check in with because nobody is actually working at the front desk does not work. I had to figure out how to check in manually and then at the end it tells you to wait wherever you are comfortable because they will text you when they are ready for you. Since there were about 30 people waiting, including people standing all along the walls, I went back downstairs to my car to wait for a text. After 45 minutes I came back up just to check and since there's nobody working at the desk, I had to ring the doorbell. No one came, but after about 5 minutes the lady opened the door to call the next patient. She had no intention of helping in any way but I said I had checked in manually a long time ago and I wanted to confirm it worked because I haven't received any text. She got attitude and said she probably called me already and I would have to check in again and wait. Mind you, why would you catch attitude from me asking a very legitimate question after being instructed to wait for a text from the system? I'm the customer here, is there no customer service? Her excuse was that she's working alone which really isn't my problem and she wasn't bothering to send texts. But if you're working alone, wouldn't using the technology that is supposed to streamline operations make it easier on you and be more efficient? Isn't that the point of it? I went to check back in and then came to the conclusion that I don't want someone that dumb or with that much attitude sticking a needle in my arm. Finding out where I can get this done other than a LabCorp.

Today, 10/1/2024, we found only one person working and he was rude and also the computer system did not work, so we could not check in. Horrible currently! Previously it was wonderful. They must change the current person.

This was my first time at this office, and everything went smoothly! I was cordially welcomed by the manager, and because I had filled out the paperwork ahead of time, it was a fast check-in. I really appreciated that.
I barely waited 10 minutes when my name was called. There was a very comfortable medical chair for the blood work. The tech was so good that I didn't even feel the needle. Awesome! I was done and on my way. The back office and the restroom were both very clean and up to date.
Labcorp offers complimentary valet parking for their patients. It was a very simple and quick process. It is located near the building entrance as you take a right on Sheridan. It took only 5 minutes each time. As I left, I gave the valet man a tip for his kindness and care in helping me down the curb to my car.
My experience was really good and I will not hesitate to go back to this office again.
