Publix Pharmacy On the Bay is a pharmacy where customers can fill prescriptions and shop for over-the-counter medications. The store itself offers some of the best specials around in its bakery and produce sections, and is considered a must for vacation staples. However, customer service experiences in the broader store are mixed. While some employees are awesome, the service can use some upgrade. Specific criticisms include that cashiers can use customer service training and that the deli department has issues with long waits and perceived laziness. One customer reported a notably negative experience with a rude employee mopping near the frozen food case, highlighting a need for better training and accountability. Expert, caring pharmacists. They are fantastic in their knowledge and care. Publix has been the main pharmacy I go to for more than 20 years. I highly recommend them. Easy to get vaccinated there too.

I find this pharmacy to be very helpful. The pharmacists in particular. They are seemingly short staffed so sometimes there is a long wait but that isn't the fault of the pharmacist. They have only once been out of one of my Rx's which CVS is always out of. Have moved all my prescriptions here.

Some of the best specials around. Get their card and start saving. Bakery, produce and staples for vacation travel is a must.
