“Very nice supermarket to make necessary purchases. It is a little more expensive than Walmart, but it has everything you need and more variety of meals made to take away and heat. In addition, it has a pharmacy inside Publix itself, which is accessed through the parking lot.”

“Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with MISTR. It’s a good service that I think fills an important need by making PrEP, HIV/STI testing, and prevention services much easier to access. The at-home testing is especially convenient and removes some of the barriers that can keep people from staying engaged with preventative care. The service isn’t perfect. Most of the issues I’ve experienced have actually been with the pharmacy rather than MISTR itself, and responses to support requests by text can sometimes be slow. I also wish the pharmacy offered a 90-day supply of medication rather than shipping one month at a time. That would make an already convenient service considerably easier to use. One thing I particularly appreciate is MISTR’s partnership with local health agencies. A representative from my local agency reached out to me and has been an excellent point of contact, including helping when I’ve encountered pharmacy or other issues. That added human connection has made a real difference. There are definitely opportunities to improve the experience, but overall I think MISTR provides a valuable and accessible service. Making HIV and STI prevention easier to access is important for both individual and community health, and I’m glad services like this exist.”

“I needed to grab some juice and was in the mood for a sub this morning, so I stopped by this location. It was my first time there and I loved the retro look and feel of the store. After grabbing what I needed, I went to the deli where Vonna prepared my sub. She was such a sweetheart and recommended that I get the chipotle Colby Jack cheese next time. She let me try a piece and it was delicious. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, and Vonna definitely made my day!”

“I never thought I’d write a review for a pharmacy, but this one truly deserves it. Robert and his team are the most kind, ethical, and professional people I’ve ever encountered in healthcare. You can immediately tell they genuinely care—not just about filling prescriptions, but about the person behind them. That level of attention and integrity is rare. In a world of chain pharmacies where you often feel like just another number, this pharmacy is the complete opposite. They go above and beyond every time, are incredibly knowledgeable, and always take the time to help without ever making you feel rushed. I will never go back to a chain pharmacy again. This is what healthcare should feel like—personal, thoughtful, and trustworthy. Wishing them all the success they deserve. Highly recommend.”

“The best of all the PUBLIX stores. I went when it first opened for a couple of months. I was disappointed because there was no way a disabled person to get up the ramp. I’m not disabled, but I was part of the DISABILITY ACT in 1990 . So, everywhere I go I look, finally since I was near, I stopped. I was more than pleased. It is so roomie. I had forgotten every single aisle was spotless and assorted in a fantastic way employees said hello I couldn’t find a particular product which I knew would be around the PHARMACY and in two seconds she told me the aisle. Check out, cashier and bag young man were excellent. I am glad to say this is my go to PUBLIX.”

“There are not many small town experiences in Miami Beach, but Pure Pharmacy. You’re treated here like a long time neighbor a few doors down. They care, they are efficient, they are professional, and they are so friendly and thoughtful. I didn’t think a pharmacy relationship could be such a treat.”

“I need to show you how much my life changed since moving all my medications to this specific location. Orlando the young man working there is the most pleasant, efficient, customer oriented, organized pharmacist I had the pleasure to deal with. Not one mistake, not a missed orders and always with smile and attention. If I had a company I would hire him in a snap. And we all know how this neighborhood is tough to work for and demanding. I hope management will see to him and understand how valuable he is to this location. Finally a pharmacist that is doing his job with care !!!! ?”

“Wilmari is honestly one of the happiest and most positive people I’ve ever met. A lot of times you come across employees who are just doing their job — but Wilmari is different. You can tell she truly enjoys helping people, always has a big smile, and makes you feel welcome and supported. I’m from New York and this was my first time in Miami, and meeting her was definitely part of what made my experience here so great. Thank you, Wilmari, for being so kind and amazing!”

“I don’t have the words nor expressions to say that this store goes above and beyond in regards of helping people. I don’t live around the area but I work near by and whenever I need things for last minute to buy, I go to this store. Knowing that I have many stores near by BUT I CHOOSE THIS LOCATION. Everyone at the store are willing to help. They will stop what they are doing to listen to your questions or needs.”

“The pharmacy at this particular walgreens provides top-notch service. The entire team is hard working, intelligent, polite, and generally a pleasure to talk to. Jennifer is very hard-working, always has a friendly smile to offer, and is a credit to the walgreens store, she always has my prescription ready within an hour or two of my calling to order in a refill. This store is lucky to have her working for them, she represents the brand well. I have been a customer for over a year now, and this pharmacy team has always offered excellent service. The best pharmacy in Miami. Thanks, pharmacy team and thank you Jennifer for being so great! Have an awesome day, you guys.”

“I absolutely love CVS – it’s part of my everyday routine! This store has literally everything I need in one place. From skincare and beauty products to snacks, drinks, medicine, and even household essentials – CVS always has my back. I can stop by for toothpaste and end up walking out with my favorite makeup brand, a quick meal, and a great deal on vitamins. The store is always clean, well-organized, and easy to shop. Their pharmacy service is super convenient, and the self-checkout saves me so much time. I also love using the CVS app – the ExtraCare rewards and weekly coupons help me save a lot on regular purchases. Whether I need last-minute essentials, prescriptions, or just want to browse, CVS is my go-to place. It’s reliable, accessible, and honestly, it feels like part of my daily life. Highly recommend it to anyone who likes convenience, good deals, and a store that truly has it all! ?”

“Our hotels AC went down just before bedtime. Walked to 3 different stores (CVS) and they didn't have any. A total nightmare to be trapped in a hotbox of a hotel with no fans available in the early hours of the morning. Marie helped us out and looked in backstock for a fan. Sure enough they had 1 Lasko box fan left. She was super nice and was empathetic about our hotel issue that we were experiencing. This saved our night and we are grateful. Thanks for the superb customer service Marie!”

“Best Walgreens on the beach! A manager stepped in and saved my wife from being assaulted by a disgruntled, unknown individual and we'll never forget it. I come all the way across town to get my meds at the pharmacy here as well because of the customer service. They may be busy or get busy, but they are always considerate, accurate and polite.”
