Samantha Apartments by Lowkl offers comfortable apartments in an unbeatable location, very close to the beach and a supermarket, with access to a free island trolley shuttle bus. The apartments are complete, with a kitchen, utensils, air conditioning, and free WiFi. The area is described as very safe, away from the touristy clubs, and mostly frequented by families, couples, and elderly guests. The staff is friendly and check-in is facilitated. However, maintenance and service are inconsistent. Guests reported not receiving the exact room booked, with some apartments being small, dark, or having disappointing bathrooms with rusty fixtures. Issues with very low internet speed, a complete WiFi cutoff for days, and a lack of cleaning during longer stays were noted. Noise from other guests, especially for ground-floor units, can be very disturbing, and while hosts were understanding, resolutions were often not provided. The mattresses were also cited as very uncomfortable.

Stayed here for a couple of nights. Great, prime location, located just a block away from the beach. Room had a kitchen, bathroom, refrigerator, as well as beach towels, which was a huge plus given that this isn't a hotel. Only minor downside was the AC condenser in my room was dripping

Our stay was 4 day 3 night ever other day I had to fill the toilet tank wit water so it culd flush. Construction was being done next door to our room door. Like right in front of it for the length of the block. Chop that up to expansion which is so what Great. This was a pretty dope stay
