My only issue is not with this location but with the app. At this point in the world, we have the technology to track things, yet the app allowed me to reserve a truck that wasn't actually at the location when I needed it. Luckily, someone returned a truck early, so I was able to complete my move.
This is an issue with the overall technology only. The team and the rental itself were exactly on point!”

“Stop trying to talk people out of using this location for God only knows what agenda. I worked with this man before and took offense at your agents trying to push me to another location. The nearest one was run by a man with no moral compass that gave my uhaul on a prior moving day to his friends in front of me while they laughed in my face at 1000 NE 1st Ave, Miami, FL 33132. I never came so close to physically assaulting someone in the last 30 years... Mr King was responsive and even gave me his personal cell and got back to me when your website and customer service failed to respond in the promised 48 hours for over 12 days! Shameful business practices. What happened to U-Haul? Clean up your act!”

“I've been renting vehicles from the Uhaul franchisee at Compass Storage on 79th street in Miami for years. That location is poorly run, sometimes there is no one inside to even obtain a vehicle from and the vehicles are always trashed and smelly inside. This location on 7th Ave was super clean, employees ready and waiting to work with customers. The vehicle was spotless and super clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very glad to have discovered this location.”

“2nd time renting here and happy. The equipment (cargo van) was dirty from the outside, but I get it with all the construction everywhere nextdoor. I checked the entire vehicle for any pre-existing damage. When returned, all good. I added extra fuel from pick-up level... I received a CREDIT for it... what??! YES. Amazing! What a pleasure to work with a reputable, easy to work with rental truck company. Always get the $25/day insurance- well worth the investment. The staff has very little to do other than take care of customers and they do good as most of the process is seamlessly digital. Highly recommend”

“There should be more employees working instead of just one person, although she was absolutely amazing and performed wonderfully. She was very patient with customers and extremely helpful. She managed everyone well, but having more staff in such a busy place would have made the job easier and reduced the long wait time for customers. “U hall company is great .we had an issue with this location where they added the miles from 15 to 70 and they charged gas even though we had filled it to the same exact amount as when we took it. But customer service did refund it after long phone conversation. So I say take pictures of miles and gas before you drive out of their parking and compare it to the paper they gave you. Keep Track and evidence of miles you drive and gas you fill.”
