We did Tai-Chi in the garden on Valentines Day morning and then spent a beautiful day on the beach. It was EPIC.
I had a spiritual awakening with the rainbow colored bark trees here. lol.

What a beautiful spot with rare trees and wildlife. so enriching. Wonderful nice people work here. Must go!”

Pros
- large spacious rooms. Furniture is modern and tasteful
- large bathrooms with full bath
- private beach and good range of pools including adult only
- decent food options and great selection of cocktails

Cons
- this is a very loud hotel. The top floor restaurant and pool area is ridiculously loud. If you will not be able to hear the person across the table or your own music
- service is pretty mediocre at this price point. Staff are very courteous but sometimes disinterested
- the beach is a missed opportunity to offer luxury - - the chairs are rammed together. Sun loungers are basic plastic chairs. It is however pretty quiet on the beach
- there are not enough elevators - on some occasions we had to wait over 5 minutes for one”

“Located on Haulover Beach park. A fun place to buy amateur and professional kites ?. Ample space to fly and enjoy a picnic. On Tuesdays there are food trucks in the evening. Owners Richard and Ryan are experts on kites and will gladly give basic training to anyone. I will be back.✅??? ?”

“We walked into a fairytale! I am still on highs of this property. I am counting the days of return. The beauty service cleanliness and feel of this resort is everything I imagined and didn't. “The best of the best. Every time I have been to Faena for a show, the spa or even the beach it has been a wonderful experience. The bartenders Gabriel and Joseph (at the living room) never fail to make delightful drinks, the beach employees are wonderful at making us feel welcomed and making sure we have everything we need, specially Dwi and Agusto.Tyler and Wagner at guest services go above and beyond each time! Truly a magical experience. 10/10 recommend.”

“The former Jackie Gleason theater is well maintained and comfortable. Some seats have a partially obstructed view of the stage. Bars located on the sides of the theater has much smaller lines. Security to get in is likely necessary, but security was RUDE to spouses waiting for their partner to clear security. Either make a space for waiting spouses or stop yelling at them to go inside.”

“Staying at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach absolutely made our honeymoon. We had a setback and because of weather our flight was cancelled and we missed being able to get on our cruise. So we pivoted an decided to stay at the Ritz-Carlton South Beach and we're so glad we did. All of the staff we interacted with was fantastic, helpful and welcoming but the Club Lounge staff (Blair, Ben, Luis and Alexander) were absolutely phenomenal. They heard our story and surprised us with an upgrade. They were always so kind and welcoming too whenever we came into the club lounge. The day before we checked out the club lounge staff gave us a picture frame with a picture of me and my husband as a parting gift.

The beach was where we spent a lot of time. The beach attendants we're great and supper welcoming. The pool was heated to the perfect temperature.

If a person is going to stay I highly recommend staying at a room with the Club Lounge amenities, that made our trip hands down. And as mentioned above, the staff are fabulous.

I would absolutely, 100%, recommend anyone to stay at this location. The service and the genuine care the staff have for the guests good beings words.”

“Loved this boutique hotel for both the aesthetic charm, the amazing staff, and the nearby restaurants. I had a friend who had to stay overnight at the hospital so I booked this last minute. Miriam, the guest services associate at the front desk, was so kind to me given my situation. She hooked me up with a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, etc. because I hadn’t been planning to stay overnight in Miami. Would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat (especially when I had more time to enjoy the beach). They even had a cart in the room I could take to the beach with towels, chairs, etc. Price was great. Service was great. Restaurant was great. Just book it!”

Aurelio at the front desk is a great host and first impression of this property. Shaina the Front Desk manager was so interested in our positive experience - what a refreshing touch. “The resort and hotel exceeds expectations and the staff always goes above and beyond. I did want to take time to provide kudos for one team member. Jonathan W. delivered standout service at the pool. He was incredibly attentive and made sure I was well taken care of while traveling alone, but it was clear he treats every guest with that same level of care. Friendly, professional, and always present without being intrusive. A true asset to the team and someone St. Regis should be very proud to have.”
