“Shopped at this location 11/7/24. I was doing a refund/with receipt on 11/11/24.for one item I had purchased. and the gentleman cashier was apparently new and not adept as to the refund policie(s). Anyhoo thank God for Super Customer Service /cashier overheard the conversation while servicing customers for their purchases. She gently explained to the new guy dot. dot. dot.
