“From the moment I stepped into Diesel at the Miami Design District, the experience was exceptional. The store is beautifully laid out, clean, and gives off such a premium yet welcoming vibe. Chris went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. He took the time to understand my style, offered thoughtful recommendations, and made the entire process feel effortless and personalized. It’s rare to find customer service that feels this authentic and detail-oriented. The whole team was professional and friendly, and you can tell they truly care about their clients. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Chris if you’re looking for top-tier service and a great shopping experience!”

“I was looking for a pair of barrel leg jeans. The manager, Denir assisted me quickly and professionally. I determined that I needed a smaller size and he located them and gave them to me. The fit and quality of fabric, design, and construction are far above what the price of $23.99 from $39.99 is truly a find. At the register I asked if there was also a wide leg jeans in short. It was not available in the store, Gisela said she could order them and did with much courtesy. At $24.49 from $34.49. I hope these work for me too! I had not been ito the store for many years. The quality and basic styling was not for me then; but they had great kid's clothes for my grandchildren. I cannot get over the store (which is being renovated but doesn't interfere with ease of shopping. The associates are very helpful. Most of all I'm am impressed with fashion designs, fit and quality!”

“Old Navy has good customer service. I went to the store to return an item I purchased online and it was a straightforward experience. Their clothing line is simplistic, comfortable but not the elegance I seek. However, it’s a nice, simple look for hanging out or for beach ware look.”

“I’m so sad that Gaps are mostly shut down! Only Aventura, Lincoln Rd and Dadeland! Online shops are the reason. But, if you purchase at the store (drive, park, walk took 1 hour on top of shopping) and need to exchange for a different size, you need to go back. Ugh. Wish I could return online. Can’t win.”

“Most of the cashiers here are black, and they have been with this store for over twenty years, and most of them knows me, because of the black Friday deals, and that I used to shop there on a regulary basis. I didn't get her name, but I thanked her more than once, because she took great care of me when I brought the same items to return to hialeah, but the spanish cashier refused to accept, and the black cashier didn't asked me any question as to why the tags where not attached. I wished I would have gotten her name, but she's a tall black girl around the age of 25-30, she was so nice, and professional, and knew what to do. Thank you young lady, and continue to be as professional, and courteous as you were on Saturday, and everyday.”
