“I had an outstanding experience at Family Dollar in Miami Gardens! I was searching for a very specific item that has been extremely difficult to find, and after looking around without any luck, I asked an employee named Jamie for help. Jamie went above and beyond. She didn’t just point me in a direction—she personally walked throughout the store, searched multiple areas, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her kindness, patience, and genuine desire to help made all the difference. Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find. I usually shop at a different Family Dollar that’s actually closer to my home, but unfortunately it’s often difficult to get assistance there. This time I decided to travel a little farther, and I’m so glad I did. The level of customer service I received from Jamie was worth the extra drive. If every Family Dollar had employees who cared about customers the way Jamie does, the shopping experience would be amazing everywhere. Family Dollar is lucky to have her on their team. Thank you, Jamie, for making my visit such a positive experience. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location!”
