“I had an outstanding experience at Family Dollar in Miami Gardens! I was searching for a very specific item that has been extremely difficult to find, and after looking around without any luck, I asked an employee named Jamie for help.
Jamie went above and beyond. She didn’t just point me in a direction—she personally walked throughout the store, searched multiple areas, and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. Her kindness, patience, and genuine desire to help made all the difference.
Customer service like this is becoming harder and harder to find. I usually shop at a different Family Dollar that’s actually closer to my home, but unfortunately it’s often difficult to get assistance there. This time I decided to travel a little farther, and I’m so glad I did. The level of customer service I received from Jamie was worth the extra drive.
