“Prices are reasonable same or cheaper than Walmart. They have a dollar aisle selling some of the same items in the dollar store. I shop for Household goods, hair products, and soaps/shower gel. But they have everything here for cars as well.”
“Of course I love the cheap items since my daughter has many projects. My daughter completed her barbie project for under $10. This location has improved a lot. It use to be messy but it’s very busy so I understand. It’s well organized now so I know they are really making an effort or got new employees since it’s still just as busy but in better order”
“I had such a wonderful experience at this Dollar Tree, especially thanks to Janet and Elizabeth.
Janet is truly an amazing person and an exceptional employee. From the moment I arrived, she was incredibly kind, patient, and willing to help. I had actually driven quite a long distance to this particular location because I was looking for some specific products that I couldn’t find at the Dollar Tree stores closer to my home. Janet went above and beyond to assist me.
What impressed me the most was that she genuinely took the time to listen. She never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. She explained things, talked to me about the products, helped me find what I needed, and made me feel like my questions actually mattered. Unfortunately, that level of customer service can be hard to find nowadays, which made her kindness and dedication stand out even more.
Elizabeth, the cashier, was also very kind and pleasant and contributed to making the entire experience a positive one.
Employees like Janet and Elizabeth are the reason customers are willing to drive farther and return to a particular store. Janet, especially, is an absolute sweetheart and a wonderful example of what excellent customer service should look like. I truly hope management recognizes and appreciates the incredible job she does. She made my visit worth the drive, and I will definitely be returning to this location because of the wonderful treatment I received.”
“This particular store saves us time and money, very well stocked and a wide variety of household supplies, foods, juices and items to celebrate every occasion and the best of all is, everything is $1.00 and 1.25 guaranteed”
“All the guys in this place are the best people with whom you can send anything. For Cuba, don't stop going to this place and send whatever. For Cuba, they know how to pack, they work fast, they have good service and above all, they are friendly and helpful. I recommend that you go here with them and send to Cuba and any part of Cuba they will take you whatever you want and you can buy many things in the same store and send it right there they will pack it for you I congratulate you and thank you for everything you did for me”

“Best dds I’ve ever seen… every single thing is extremely organized and the supervisor Janet is the sweetest person I’ve ever met in my entire life… love this place !”
“Customer Service Representative or Manager Alina gave me an excellent service. She went above and beyond to help me with the items I bought while checking out despite the self checkout option available
Thank you so much. We can certainly keep America great like this!”
““I was on vacation with my family in Miami, and on the recommendation of some friends, we went to check out Mac DOLLAR! What a fantastic experience! In addition to the wide range and variety of products, the prices are better than those at traditional supermarket chains. It’s definitely worth going there to shop! I highly recommend it.””
“Love this Dollar Tree Store. Always has a good inventory of items. Their service is superb! The store manager is an absolute gem of a man. Always has a smile and is so pleasant.”
“Corporate must finally be listening to our complaints because manager Sharmita is nothing short of a Godsend. She is so approachable & understanding of an inconvenience to her customers (that is if you address her like a human instead of an enraged animal of course). Unfortunately there are still other Family Dollar employees who are unpleasant & make the customers feel as if they're a burden whenever we request their assistance. However, I believe having a team leader like Ms. Sharmita will help improve the employee customer dynamic if her employees choose to view her as an exemplary role model.Thank you Sharmita for always assisting me as well as others with respect & understanding... even when you have a significant amount of inventory to unbox & distribute. BTW the one star reserved is for some of the other employees who has a lot of room for improvement within themselves.”
“THIS IS THE BEST DOLLAR TREE I HAVE EVER BEEN IN. THE STAFF IS EXTREAMLY HELPFUL AND PROVIDE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE STORE IS ALWAYS STOCKED AND VERY ORGANIZED. THE STORE MANAGER IS VERY POLITE AND HELPFUL.”
“The staff was pretty nice. No shade. But I was very happy to know they spoke English. Many stores in Hispanic areas have employees that chose not to speak English so they dont have to help you. So Im grateful for the staff being very willing to help me...even though it was close to closing. They didnt rush me and helped me find what I was looking for.”

“Chevelita is the best. Her and her husband are the nicest people. Been coming here since I can remember I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My little corner store they have everything!”
“Just left this store right now. The customer service here is better than any other family dollar I’ve been to. The girls working were so sweet I had to leave a review.”
“Lots of great items to pick from, although I didn't get any 99 cent stuff. It does say 99 cent store plus, but the prices were good for what I was getting and the two gentlemen that we're working were very nice, pleasant and answered all my questions without acting like they were annoyed. I'd recommended highly and I'll be back again!”
“Lacks security outside. Great true $1 section inside this store.. The rest is higher priced but still a better variety than other dollar stores.. Capitol one card discounts too.”
“The store was well stocked and very neat. Of the Dollar Trees I have visited, this is the best one I have seen. The cashier, Aymara, was friendly and efficient. I would recommend this store highly!”
“Pamela and Marie are such kind and sweet people! They went above and beyond when I was in a rush and assisted with inflating balloons and provided great service overall. Will return to this store again because of them!”

“Sadly not every one deserves the opportunity to work with people.I had the worse experience today with my kids at this Stoar. My youngest child is 3 and one of the workers there took off in a really bad way a toy from my bb,this happened after been behind us the whole time.I got mad like really mad and she told me to take care better of them. Can u imagine????Her name is REGLA as ugly as her manners.Hopefully she won’t be there any more.If any one from the company read this, please check the cameras from 10/20/2025 at the end of the day.”
“Excellence service. Today, I was wondering about a price that I saw, but it wrong up for another price. The manager did not hesitate to check it out and show me the prices. The store is also clean.”
“You can't beat the prizes at Family Dollar. Cleaning & bathroom supplies, which is what I bought, was very cheap. Perfect for my budget! I love this place! ❤”
“I went in there for some glassware (martini glass) and I asked one of the gentleman that works there for help and let me make it clear it was not the manager. So I asked the worker who worked there if they had any martini glasses in the back in its original box and like usually ppl don’t want to stop what there doing and go check. He immediately told me no right iff the back with out checking physically or on the pos system. That’s when I asked him again are you sure income here all the time and I get them in the box . He again turned me down and looked confident with that response..
To make this short as possible , I went to another team member and I believe her name was Maria super helpful i told her what i needed and she immediately stopped what she was doing and said “let me go check” that was way better than being shut down with a no without looking . Point is she found a full complete original box of martini glasses when the other gentleman shut me down …
I’m all for for hardworking ppl and Maria has a hustler spirit she should get a raise !!! London square location. Thanks Maria!!!!”
“This is my favorite dollar tree- they always have the best finds, and it's usually so quick to be in-and-out. I'm here at least once a week restocking on anything from cleaning supplies to household goods. The store is very clean as well. They even carry name brands- if you've ever been a dollar store skeptic, I highly suggest you come and try this location!”
“A very well stocked and organized place.
And I took away a life lesson: Jorge, a man with white hair, attended us, very attentive and dedicated, very helpful and an example for society... just by seeing him we left there full of energy and with projects for our lives. . I loved watching his attitude towards life. Thank you Mr. Jorge, we will not forget it. I wish you good health!”
“It is a store with a good variety of assortment. Products are grouped together because they have more goods than space.
Ample parking
Shopping with many businesses.
Thank you.”

“Love this place the owner is extremely helpful and friendly and you can find almost anything you can think of in here from a slushy to balloons for you last minute party to shower curtains and there is always someone to help you with what you need. Just be patient with the customer in this store they tend to be a little loud and problematic at times”
