“Of course I love the cheap items since my daughter has many projects. My daughter completed her barbie project for under $10. This location has improved a lot. It use to be messy but it’s very busy so I understand. It’s well organized now so I know they are really making an effort or got new employees since it’s still just as busy but in better order”

“Love this place the owner is extremely helpful and friendly and you can find almost anything you can think of in here from a slushy to balloons for you last minute party to shower curtains and there is always someone to help you with what you need. Just be patient with the customer in this store they tend to be a little loud and problematic at times”

“Corporate must finally be listening to our complaints because manager Sharmita is nothing short of a Godsend. She is so approachable & understanding of an inconvenience to her customers (that is if you address her like a human instead of an enraged animal of course). Unfortunately there are still other Family Dollar employees who are unpleasant & make the customers feel as if they're a burden whenever we request their assistance. However, I believe having a team leader like Ms. Sharmita will help improve the employee customer dynamic if her employees choose to view her as an exemplary role model.Thank you Sharmita for always assisting me as well as others with respect & understanding... even when you have a significant amount of inventory to unbox & distribute. BTW the one star reserved is for some of the other employees who has a lot of room for improvement within themselves.”
“The staff was pretty nice. No shade. But I was very happy to know they spoke English. Many stores in Hispanic areas have employees that chose not to speak English so they dont have to help you. So Im grateful for the staff being very willing to help me...even though it was close to closing. They didnt rush me and helped me find what I was looking for.”

“I went in there for some glassware (martini glass) and I asked one of the gentleman that works there for help and let me make it clear it was not the manager. So I asked the worker who worked there if they had any martini glasses in the back in its original box and like usually ppl don’t want to stop what there doing and go check. He immediately told me no right iff the back with out checking physically or on the pos system. That’s when I asked him again are you sure income here all the time and I get them in the box . He again turned me down and looked confident with that response..
To make this short as possible , I went to another team member and I believe her name was Maria super helpful i told her what i needed and she immediately stopped what she was doing and said “let me go check” that was way better than being shut down with a no without looking . Point is she found a full complete original box of martini glasses when the other gentleman shut me down …

“Sadly not every one deserves the opportunity to work with people.I had the worse experience today with my kids at this Stoar.My youngest child is 3 and one of the workers there took off in a really bad way a toy from my bb,this happened after been behind us the whole time.I got mad like really mad and she told me to take care better of them.Can u imagine????Her name is REGLA as ugly as her manners.Hopefully she won’t be there any more.If any one from the company read this,please check the cameras from 10/20/2025 at the end of the day.”
