Unfortunately the cups cakes were ruined when I accidentally drop them tripping over an uneven pavement. I went back to Publix to see if I can get those same decorated cupcakes at 8 pm and Daphenie Jules was a sweetheart!! Not only was she understanding of my dilemma, she immediately started making preparations to decorate 12 cupcakes for me. I can’t thank her enough for making a bad situation better. Note: she was the only one working in the bakery at that time and a few people needed her help. She was very patient with each customer.”
