Requested style: Bad customer service… these people are hungry for money they make you pay for nothing. One of them did my pedicure my toes get messed up while I was sitting at the nails salon. I didn’t even go outside when I asked the guy to fix it, he told me no he can’t and he already has a customer waiting but he charged me full price. So I end up losing my money. Worst place ever.

Terrible Customer service and extremely money hungry! The business at this place has decreased drastically due to the poor way they treat pay + tipping customers. I came in the day prior for a French gel pedicure with two acrylic tonic toes due to me wearing sneakers often. The guy in the tie dye shirt serviced me and only did one acrylic toe for whatever reason as Chinese don’t listen to you when you tell them how you want your services. My toe nail broke not even 24 hours later so i came in for it to be fixed. I was told by the man in the blue that i would be charged more due to me only paying for 1 acrylic toe then he shoved a calculator in my face telling me that i never get French when that is the only way i ever get my toes mind he proceeds to tell me he will be charging me after he removed my polish off my feet. He rudely walks off and tell me i have to wait for the guy who did me yesterday and when asked how long every employee ignored me and spoke in their language. I needed up waiting 45+ for one toe to get fixed, i will never return after 6+ years coming.

Love them! Only place I go to get my mani and pedi. They do eyebrows really well too! Clean environment.

Terrible customer service! I wanted over 2 hours to be serviced. I waited for nail tech Jenni for a pedicure and she failed to advise me that she had lashes to do before she began on my pedicure. No communication what so ever for the customers waiting. They have no sense of urgency. If I could give negative stars I would do not recommend if you dont like your time to be wasted.

Please don't be naive like me. I got acrylic nails for my sisters wedding. After the wedding I wanted to take them off. I figured it didn't matter if a place had 3 stars because I just wanted to get the acrylic removed and not my nails done. But boy was I wrong and stupid! The guy pulled off the nails one by one and then with a cuticle remover started tugging at the pieces left over. This is what happened to my thumb and the other nails are badly chipped. Seems like I would have been better off biting them off :( also the place was dirty. smh

The lady that did my pedicure got upset because I didn’t want gel polish on my toes, gel makes my toes brittle so I stopped using it , caught and attitude an started talking about me to her co workers, I won’t be going back here , this was my 4 th and last time hereServices: Nail art

I used to go twice a month. Not anymore. Most of the time they do Good work but the workers are so rude and have no respect for it’s customers. They are DEFINITELY no customers friendly. When they first opened about 5 or 7 years ago, you would get a smile. Now, their attitudes are either take it or leave it-Sit and wait or go. Now They have so many customers and forget to be pleasant!
