“Service the equipment right after it gets returned so the new customer has a 100% operable equipment.
My trailer had a tail light inoperable.
Overall it was an almost excellent experience.
Customer service was great (can't remember her name) and the gentleman that hooked up the equipment (Jose) was also extremely courteous and helpful.
