“I had a wonderful experience at Extra Space Storage, and I especially want to recognize Shane for his outstanding customer service. He was incredibly helpful, professional, patient, and genuinely took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Shane made the entire process so easy and stress-free. You can tell that he truly cares about helping customers and takes pride in his work. It’s not every day that you come across someone who goes above and beyond the way he did. Extra Space Storage is very lucky to have someone like Shane on their team. He definitely deserves recognition for the excellent service he provided. I would absolutely recommend this location, and I hope Shane knows how much his kindness and help were appreciated!”

“Cameka and her associate were helpful in the assistance they gave me in navigating down sizing from a large unit to small unit. Her demeanor was professional as she stuck to company policy. I am pleased with the service I received and continue to rent a storage space at Cubesmart. My final comment is in regards to the upkeep of the facilities. After several years of renting the space, I found no bug or rodent droppings in my belongings.”
