They are always kind, honest and trustworthy, and the manager goes above and beyond to make sure customers are taken care of. The location is clean, organized and easy to navigate even during busy times. Service is quick, efficient and stress‑free, with knowledgeable staff answer any questions about boxes, mailbox rentals, shipping supplies and office supplies. Workers explained everything throughly and are respectful to customers. Great service and great services are highly recommended. Workers handled packages quickly with a smile. It is a joy.

First time using their service. For a small facility it has and does a little of everything. It's well organized. Everything is nicely displayed. Prices for services are clearly written on a chalk board. The clerk is bilingual, experienced, and kept the line moving smoothly. Will definitely use them whenever I'm in Lakes.
