“I visited the AT&T store on 167th St. Miami Lakes, Fl, on 24FEB, unsure whether to change my internet provider which I have had for 14 years. As a result of truly excellent customer service, not only did I switch internet provider, I also bought a new cellular, along with AT&T services. What a difference from the AT&T staff I dealt with several years back! Alex at the sales store was knowledgeable, and quickly set up installation the next day. Juan, their tech. installer amazed me at the speed he found the line into the row of town houses, plus answered politely my many questions. The icing of the cake goes to Yasser Del Villar, AT&T Sr. In-Home Expert who showed up during installation. Yasser was super helpful & respectful towards this digitally challenged senior. He took his time to transfer all my data, plus gave me clear explanations on my how to's questions. When unsure, he even checked with Diana, his Supervisor, who also answered my queries & assisted in the switchover process. I very much appreciated Yasser's care & high regard, kudos Yasser! With my AT&T change, I am saving money, and with their outstanding team, I recommend anybody to make the change like I did!”
