I’m not sure why this location has so many bad reviews. I was in and out of my passport appointment in less than 10 minutes .Just make sure you have all your documents ready for smooth service. The lady at the front desk was the sweetest!

I go there out of convenience. It’s not too far from where I live. The counter service lady was nice even though I waited in line a little bit I got done what I needed to do and left. I have nothing negative to say about my experience so four stars is easily earned..

Shunda was a true delight and helped me ship my very important documents and renew my passport! The atmosphere was wonderful and the flower pens were a delightful touch! Will be back!!
