“Been to quite a few pharmacies in south Florida. This one is without a doubt the best. Between the staff, truly being helpful, providing accurate quote times, answering many questions. The ladies who work here always remember my daughter and are so sweet to her. The manager Billy is wonderful as well, I had an allergic reaction to something previously prescribed and he ensured he marked my file, for anything future coming in, gave explicit detail for administration of my new medication and was just overall kind. Great experience, recommend this Publix pharmacy time and time again.”
“Very nice supermarket to make necessary purchases. It is a little more expensive than Walmart, but it has everything you need and more variety of meals made to take away and heat. In addition, it has a pharmacy inside Publix itself, which is accessed through the parking lot.”

“Well in another location ( undisclose) they didn't have several items.I wanted a particular Bogo so when I went to Douglas they had PLENTY indore flavors to choose.The other items were available too.I have a very courteous team member helping me as well..I definitely won't go back to the other 3 Publix on my area .Only to the Douglas location.

“Friendly employees and a well organized store. Not my regular Publix, but, even in a rush, I found condiments and desserts easily, no stress in the aisles! They were closing because of the rain deluge but the store manager was just as courteous and kind with us shopping till the last moment. He gave us local advice, too, what flooded street to avoid. What a sweet guy!”

“I placed an order at this publix location and they misplaced my order. I left the store disappointed. 15 minutes later, I received a call from the manager apologizing for the inconvenience. He told me they were going to get my order ready and the manager himself delivered my order 40 minutes later! Wow truly amazing!

“This is by far my favorite place to shop in coconut grove. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. They recently remodeled all of the coolers so that any of the chilled goods are now behind cooler doors. Not sitting out on shelves , thus keeping all of our food fresh longer. A significant upgrade for a budget grocery store.”

“This place is busy after 5 pm on a weekday. There is limited parking out front. I suggest parking behind the Publix. That being said, it is fairly large and has a bunch of items. Just be prepared for a wait at the Deli and checkout if you go after work.”

If they only had a supermarket half as good and half as inexpensive as Publix, New York would be a better place!
Publix has fresh everything. You don't have to check expiration dates on everything like you must do at Gristedes.
Publix has clean, wide aisles. All the staff are polite. It is a pleasure to go there!”

The owner Donald introduced me to his “nada empanadas” a flourless empanada made with delicious date outer shell and a frozen fruit filling. Exactly the tasty, natural pick-me-up I was looking for!”

They make it perfectly every single visit and it is only around $5/6, which feels like such a steal. “Good Publix location in River Run plaza with lots of other stores. In this plaza there is a checkers and wings plus also a Subway. There's also I think a Chinese food place. This location can gets very busy and parking for Publix is sometimes difficult. If you enter in off of Miramar People sometimes park In the middle of the road and it can get backed up there. The side of the plaza that faces Palm is less busy. Sometimes it's best to just part park on that side and walk to Publix from there. The dry cleaners on the corner has decent prices and has been there for a while. There is also a bank in the Southwest corner. There is also a metro PCS store and a cricket wireless store. The cricket wireless store often plays music that can be heard throughout the plaza. There is also a large beauty supply store on the left hand side of Publix. On the side that faces Palm Avenue there is a there is a Barbershop. I didn't cover every store but There are quite a few other businesses in the plaza. Hope the info helps. It's a large plaza with many stores during the holidays the parking lot gets very busy.”

“This Publix is always clean and is usually not crowded. The aisles are always organized and the seafood is fresh. The bathrooms are always tidy which is great!! I love that Publix has provided me a scale so I can weigh myself. It's a routine every time I enter, use the scale then shop.”

“Publix is often light-years ahead of any other available stores. I recently noticed my whole foods stock rising faster than my publix stock, after researching i did see that whole foods surpassed publix, at least in florida.
The reason I came here today is-I'm a huge fan of Publix and frequent this particular spot. I had just picked up my Hawaiian bread when a young Gentleman by the name of Leonardo, walked up and threw the box of bread he was carrying right onto the ground. At first I thought it was an error, but after watching him he clearly had no regard or awareness of reality. He took no interest in how close he came to hitting me as he threw the box of bread down. He's haphazardly applying the price stickers with the bread sitting right on the floor. I don't believe Publix trains the workers to have such disdain for the product or the public. Its definitely not my place but let me just say I think this little Ninja turtle needs some retraining.”
