Recently the company did all my moving. Unfortunately, several pieces of jewelry and an iPhone were stolen from me. No one took responsibility. I filed a report with the police, but the saddest thing of all is that nothing happened and I was left without my things and paying for a moving company. I was not at all happy with how they handled the situation.

I recently used Sunset Moving Solutions to move my personal belongings from Miami to Copenhagen, and I’m deeply disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, I discovered that several of my items were damaged. After investigating, it was determined that the damage occurred during the initial packing stage in Miami, which was handled by Sunset Moving Solutions.
When I reached out to address the issue, I was met with a response that essentially denied any responsibility because the move was international. Despite this, it’s clear that the damage was caused during their portion of the service. I understand that not everything can be reimbursed, but I expected at least some form of compensation for the damage done during the packing process.
If you're considering Sunset Moving Solutions for your move, I would strongly advise taking precautions. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to resolve issues in a fair manner is highly concerning.
