I love this area and the views from the apartments are beautiful. Apartments are spacious and the balconies are huge! I have a few friends who have moved here and they love it. Every time I go to visit the check in process is easy and the front desk team is very nice. Elevators are a bit too slow and often get stuck + some of the hallways seem to be not well kept but other than that the building is very nice. The gym is huge and has everything you need for a full workout + you can enjoy the most breathtaking view while you're at it!

This place is an overpriced dump. I moved in and was immediately met with attitude from the office manager Anna because she was overwhelmed with work. The elevators were broken for 2 years - leaving only one working. Residents would be in line 10 deep, babies crying, tenants swearing & frowning. Ten to twenty minutes wait minimum most days as I lived on the 30th floor and I couldn't walk down. The energy in the building is extremely dark. It is the most poorly managed slum I have ever had the misfortune of living in. Units are way overpriced. The halls smell like cheap laundry soap. Avoid this building at all costs. Horrific experience.

Giving this place 2 stars because out of the 4 elevators, only 2 work (and only 2 have worked for the past 12 months). And that's not a lot of elevators for 39 floors of human beings.They claim to be a luxury building so they can charge luxury prices, but the building itself is incredibly dilapidated. "Luxury living," sure Jan.

The truth is that I had the worst experience of my life when visiting this place, the valet parking was the most rude person and he also humiliated me with screams without caring about anything. The receptionist was nice but really with this type of things clients lose if they don't want to work because she doesn't have to treat visitors badly.

Lived there over 11 years, huge park across, a lot of amenities in the building & best views of Biscayne Bay!

Great ammenities (the gym is amazing for a condo!). The staff is super helpful and friendly, and the building is very well managed!

Wow! The 1800 Club is extremely well managed. The Staff are amazing, there are numerous amenities and they have commercial property. I Love the rental policy!

Recently move here. Staff is amazing, building not as wild as some on the block which is a plus. Lots of business professionals. Not the bells and whistles as it's neighbor, but in my opinion, a better overall building. Solid walls, decent amenities, great location.

Great building! I was visiting my friend and stay for 3 days. Love the gym, pool, lots of amenities. Great environment!
