Ive been a long time customer, almost 15 years and counting, and happy to say i have never experienced any issues with this facility. The girls in the office are great, always very helpful and friendly. Very happy to have found a safe, clean and reliable storage where my belongings are kept in great condition. Would definitely recommend this location. 👌

The experience starts at the front desk. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Property is a little older but kept very clean. I’ve always had a good experience when visiting my storage unit and or speaking to the staff.

We needed a storage for less than a month and 1st Choice was perfect for that. The rate was reasonable and they even helped me, since I was not able to go because of the rain they give me the opportunity to go and get my things about without any fees.

This place is no good , leaks inside and the elevator didn't work for a year and a half and also how can they raise you monthly fare if you can't use the elevator thats closest to you ?

Very unprofessional girl named Emily Carmona Ledesma never in the office dressed very unprofessional in flip flops threatened to cancel my lease when my unit is paid and I am asking her why there was a red lock on my unit. Hence the reason why I was looking for her in the first place. She lives in the apartment upstairs above the business I had to resort to throwing small pebbles at the window to get her attention.
