KEN WAS EXTREMELY RUDE!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I WENT TO GET SOME WATER, AND HE STARTED YELLING AT ME, SAYING THAT THOSE WATERS WERE NOT FOR SALE! HE ASKED ME 3 TIMES IF I WAS DEAF! LEFT THE STORE VERY UPSET. HE KEPT YELLING IN FRONT OF ALL CUSTOMERS: DONT EVER COME BACK TO THE STORE.
7ELEVEN SHOULD CAREFULLY SELECT THEIR EMPLOYEES, SUCH A RUDE PERSON!!
WILL NEVER BE BACK!

Today I had a horrible experience in that unit, I placed an order with Doordash for a meat pizza and an energizer, the order arrived for a raw, uncooked pepperoni pizza, when I went to this place to claim that it was from where said pizza was sent so that they could correct the order, making me waste my time, a sales assistant working Miami local time: 3:30 pm or so today, February 13, she treated me horribly, I was offended, she told us that she was not going to change the pizza and In fact, she did so and she gave me a burn...the horrible treatment, offending us, if there are cameras, they should review that grotesque, humiliating, racist attitude towards the clients. Before us, another man argued the same way. She said she was the manager. People like this should not be working with the public. It's horrible. I hope 7 Eleven takes action with this case. their homes and give jobs to people who really work and know how to serve the public. I hope they investigate and take action with this incident...

Coffee machine never clean, always unavailable. Staff ignores questions regarding the availability of coffee. Wouldn’t I be nice to have helpful employees? Wouldn’t it be nice to have employees willing to give a good service?
Saturday Nov 18 12.30 pm, they ignored my requested regarding the coffee.

Another day. Another issue in this store to get a simple coffee machine dirty. Store dirty. Very rude and aggressive the lady this morning. It is like impossible talk with someone here. If they don’t want to work. Just stay at home. Coffee machines training for all staff PLEASE. They don’t know refill machines, clean machines. And only says it is what is.

"The cashier at this 7-Eleven in one of Miami's best neighborhoods (Brickell) had a disgustingly bad attitude he treated me terribly. It's unacceptable to hire someone who treats customers with such disrespect. 7-Eleven should seriously reconsider employing someone who clearly despises their job and customers. I left feeling deeply offended and will be avoiding this store in the future."The owner needs to be more selective in their hiring. I won't be returning.

I went to this 7-eleven and it was the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. The saleswoman was very rude. They didn't want to sell to us and when we were about to pay, she left and said she had finished her shift. There was no good atmosphere and the smell. It was terrible I have been to other 7-elevens and the guys are very friendly, they help us with any questions but this store was the worst I hope I never shop here again it was terrible🤢🤢🤢🤢
