Soda machine literally never works, even after they bought a new model. everything is always extremely dysfunctional and dirty at this location. I used to go cause they have a self checkout machine and it would make my time in there quicker, but I started going to the one in brickell

I would like to express my concerns regarding the service at your 7-Eleven location. While the store is advertised as open 24/7, I have frequently found it closed after 11:30 PM, and sometimes even after midnight. Additionally, I’ve noticed that customers waiting outside are often ignored, leading to wait times of 10 to 20 minutes.
This situation is quite frustrating, and I believe it needs to be addressed to improve customer experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The stars are for the poor customer service provided by Leandro. Not only did he have a rude demeanor, but didn't even try to resolve the matter. Mayor language barrier as he does not speak any English (shame).

I have been shopping at this place for 20 years and I have never had any problems. The bald man who works at night has a very ugly attitude and he threw the coins at me in the inn and they didn't want to sell me the pizza promotion that I bought. They always told me that it was only for him. day and I have always bought it at all times. 4 people working the empty places and they were not able to make a pizza 😢

All 7 Eleven are having a serious problem with the 24-hour schedule. Workers close the store at any time and take long brakes, especially at night. It's just a disaster. This country is becoming another Latin American country

Unfortunately, it is the place that is on my route. The woman and the guy in that business are of no use, they are disrespectful. The bathroom is always out of service all year round. And you ask them a question and they give you a rude answer. I don't understand how. You can have those 2 people working there, it's incredible, I give that place a zero.
