After the bad experience on several occasions in this 7 eleven location, today I met a worker who for the first time I saw cleaning (sweeping) the gas station and the parking lot, she asked me if my gas station was doing it since they are having problems and a man on the other side asked if she could solve it, she immediately went to solve it and told him what to do super fast in the best way you could ever imagine in this specific place, I was really so surprised that when I finished I was I approached her from my car and told her that she really did a good job, she is the only one I have seen in so long at that station with such a good attitude, to my surprise she told me that she was the store manager, a Cuban with copper hair, (sorry I forgot her name I think it was xiomelis or xiomarys sorry) but really the best service, I had to tell her and here I am putting my review for the bad as well as the good. She let me know that she tries to train the staff in this location as best as possible, it is difficult to achieve the objective when teaching people to work they don't want to and education is lacking but I loved knowing that even she was aware of my review from days ago, and that she as well as the owner do take action on the matter when filing a complaint, I seriously couldn't feel more calm knowing that the negative feedback that one as a customer gives is of some use. It is understood that these places have had a bad reputation for many years, one after another, but I hope that more people like her come there to want to work, do things well and continue innovating a business that could have a lot of opportunity for growth. No bathroom, I went to get coffee with something to eat, I needed the bathroom first and they don't provide it, it's probably only for employees, that is, they do want you to consume but how to consume if you need to urinate?

Tuesday @ 1:15am one of the workers were putting the doughnuts and danishes on display in the glass . As he is putting up the open food items . I couldn’t help but notice that the crates , that the food were coming from were on the dirty floor . Unacceptable who who wants to eat anything below the coffee table .

A person at the register said to my husband that he “drinks too much” for buying a lot of wine on Christmas Day. Incredibly offensive and not anyone’s business. Horrible attitude towards the clients.
