The worst attention in all of Miami including verbal aggression was very frustrating to go to pay for service and they mistreat you so much they are the two most poorly educated women should check their staff

Nice store. Looks great after renovation. They need to improve in customer service. KENIA, the cashier had a very bad attitude. That woman is arguing with the other employees and mistreated customers. That woman seems to be mad about everything. She was upset because I asked for individual lottery tickets, and she wanted to give me just one printout because it was too much work. That's ok, I won't come back in here.

The staff here is super friendly and attentive to anything that is out of stock, unlike other locations this one is always on top of their work. Oscar is a great employee and always greets regulars which makes the visit to the store a delight !

just wanted to add a quick review because between the year 2019-2022, the 7-11 went through a whole rebuild & transformation so now its better! higher quality, a lot of kids from the three schools nearby go there and the bathrooms are nice! very nice ventilated area too!

I paid $30 and attendant said I told her wrong pump and someone else got my gas. I told her 2 …she said I said 1. Not true and I was robbed and they didn’t refund me!

A friend of mine had $30 of gas stolen....attendant lied and said it was wrong pump. They refused to give the money back.

Do not go here if you want fast quality service. Do not go here if you're not bilingual. Do not go here if your skin is dark. The people that work in the morning are slow, rude, and nonchalant. New building, same incompetence. I stopped shopping here about 4 years ago for the same issues

I would prefer to give Zero Stars this new location was awful. Stay away & just go across the street to Walgreens. I haven't been in the area for a while & I know this store just recently reopened. There were 4 employees behind the counter with their backs to the register, literally standing around at 10:30am chatting in Spanish very loudly. As I stood at the register for a few min's patiently waiting for some to ring me up they all ignored me. So I kindly said, "hello can someone please ring me up?" One lady looked at me & walked the other way, another lady huffed & puffed & walked to the register in which she said, "QUE!" At that point I was annoyed & said, "you are all just standing there chatting, can someone please ring me up!" Then another lady started to ring my stuff up & said something very rude & I just told her forget it, you aren't getting my business today or ever. Stay away from this location, very rude & unprofessional employees.

I only gave this one star so I could write this review -- this location is not worth one star. The people here are rude, look down at their customers, and do not attempt to speak English. I went this morning for a coffee and was told by one of the employees (in Spanish) that I get a muffin for free. When I went to the register, I had to add my personal information into a keypad and when it asked if I wanted to be a member of some 7-Eleven club, I declined. The lady gave me a nasty look and told me to re-enter the information. The machine was very slow and wouldn't take the info initially entered, so I told her forget it, I didn't need the muffin, but I needed to get to work. She then told me I could have the muffin for free, but I still had to enter my info. Again, I told her I didn't want it, and somehow she was able to ring it up without my input for the third time. That wasn't good enough. As I paid and started leaving, she commenced to curse at me in a loud voice all the way out the door. Her language was horrible -- how unprofessional! If you're going to work with customers, of any kind, you need to have a professional demeanor. 7-Eleven should have more care of not hiring just a warm body. I will never go back there again!

I've gone to this store a couple dozen times. I got a really bad impression the first time I stopped here. The clerk was extremely rude. I figured maybe it was just this one clerk and that they were having a bad day. However, every time I stopped in to buy something after that first time, the clerks treated me like they didn't want me there. I've lived all over the country and have never experienced anything like it in any store let alone a gas station. After frequenting the place for a while, the impression I got was that if you're not Cuban or you don't speak Spanish, then they don't want your business. That's fine by me... There are other gas stations in the area where the clerks don't treat you like dirt based on your heritage. I will not longer support this store and I'm debating whether or not to write a formal complaint to 711's corporate office.
