🚨Alert when using the bathroom at this gas station, it just happened to me that I went to the bathroom inside the store and while I was in the bathroom a person tries to open the door, I tell him it's occupied and this person tries to force the door several times and I was very scared to leave the bathroom so I started yelling that it was busy so that it could be heard in the store and be able to open the door, I go out and ask the two guys at the checkout who tried to force the door and they told me it was a customer who came in and left quickly.‼️

Fantastic, unless you have a passport issued by the U.S. State Department as your form of photo identification and you intend to purchase something that requires age verification. If it won’t scan, if your I.D. doesn’t have a barcode, you won’t be sold said category of item.

To who it May concern
They deserve minus 10 Stars two cashiers and they can't do the job because the music is more important than the customers the dancing by the lady the gossip poor service
I didn't know that was a club,so I just walked out and I didn't leave no money there I will never stop in that store again do your job you get paid for it not to be dancing and making people wait, shame on you supervisor shame on you regional supervisor and shame on you manager you have a poor service that is not a club.

I usually don’t write bad reviews but I have to say that this gas station has gone downhill. I used to like its convenience. I was in and out quickly on my way to work but recently it has been a headache. It took me going 3 times this week to finally get gas because their pumps were not working. Their pumps randomly decline your card even though it is valid, they don’t give you receipts unless you go inside. I don’t know if it is a new management but it is not what it used to be.

Didn't honor the marked price, Sold the me the item at a $14 increase. I told them that was false advertising, then removed the price labels and walked away, I told the to call the manager, said he was, then I said the call the district manager and said "no".
Then another really nice employee said he is owner

The employees don't give time to read the screen, those of us who use the rewards have discounts, and they quickly touch the cash register and the screen disappears, there are discounts sometimes and they don't let you take advantage of them. Today the same thing happened to me, I had a free coffee and didn't have time to choose the yes option.

Horrible service. Bright red hair Hispanic lady was the rudest person ever. Doing everything except helping customers. On her phone doing online shopping and talking to her coworker while everyone was waiting in line.

Filthy. Inside and out. Pump handles, floor inside, floor outside covered in gas and other filth, bathroom. Employees play music of their choice very loud and talk nonsense with customers loudly.

Worst place ever, employees are super but owner got me banned supposed because I supposedly gave a fake bill. When that bill got checked by two employees that day and also I had the pen to check. Almost two weeks after I got double check again and bill still passed. But now I'm banned to even be there. Apparently he can be petty as that. When that's not the only 7-eleven will take business to other place

The employees are very respectful, always willing to help and always with a smile on their face. I been a customer for years and from Orlando the manager to Caridad. Maya, Dayami, Randy and the others you guys are amazing, sometimes I get to witness how some people disrespect then and they keep their cool like I know I wouldn't and that's one of the reasons I love that store.

Apparently your Cuban employee the guy with the mustache, can’t stay off his phone texting even when a customer is standing in front of him ready to pay with money in hand.He did it not once but twice, I had to tell him here you go so that he can look up from his phone after ringing up the items.711s in south Florida have gone down the tubes in service. I can’t wait even get a decent coffee at your locations anymore because there are always items missing.I’ll just take my business to Wawa from now on. I never have problems there and people are not on their phones when I’m standing there trying to pay.
