Fourth time I stop at this 7-Eleven when in at 8:51 p.m. to get me a pack of beer and when I got to the register both of them not doing nothing but no of the two would ask me, can I help you so I can pay they are very unhappy, the young lady with the braids finally charged me and never said thank you never said a word because she looks very unhappy because she's got to serve customers I will never take my money there again just cuz your employees don't want to serve the customers very unprofessional very unkind
And for you 7-Eleven owner learn how to do your job cuz you obviously don't know how to do it cuz you don't have no morals no respect for the customers and I will be contacting your regional manager maybe he Will do something about it

This used to be my favorite 711 to come to on a daily basis until they decided to lack customer service.
After asking for pizza or chicken Sriracha to be cooked a few times a week apparently it got annoying to the clerks working there. I experience bad faces, attitudes and cold food on purpose.
Sometimes words are not necessary to see they were not happy when asked to throw anything in the oven even if they are trained to do so.
I know the owner of the store and he keeps high quality customer service stands that are truly not recognizable when he's not present.
It's been 3 months since I've been here and will not return until changes are made to their customer service ethics.

Don't normally do this but everyone writes about negatives and rarely applaud the positive. Came in here today and the manager and staffs customer service was above and beyond. Great job guys you won me as a customer.

Almost every single 7 Eleven in Miami after 1 am close the locations with different reasons each one. They are at the restroom, they are cleaning, they did call the police, they are taking a break, they are organizing the place, WHAT IN THE HELL. Why you say you are 24 hours???

With me being from Belize customer service was horrible. The cashier tried to take another customer service after looking after she saw me waiting in line. I guess I didn't speak enough Spanish to take my order. Maybe I wasn't dark enough....

DO NOT GO HERE. They will steal your credit card information, and the people at the gas station will not help. I went inside to pay for my gas, and paid $25, but my card was charged $175.00. I called and no one ever answered. Had to file a police report and will file a complaint through the better business bureau. The people at the register are probably helping to commit fraud.

Imagine that computers do not accept new IDs, for example, I renewed mine and now I cannot buy cigarettes because their machine does not scan my ID. I tell the lady to contact the owner and she told me that it is for pleasure.

Because it is a franchise, it has to have the same prices as all Seven Elevens and in particular it does not have it. This photo compared the prices of the same products in different stores of the same franchise.
