I’ve used this company for 2 of my moves and they always deliver when they say they’re going to with no harm to any of my items. Every time I call customer service it’s a pleasure. I always get somebody nice on the phone that is willing to do anything to help me. Highly recommended!

I recommend this company to anybody who’s looking for professional movers! The gentleman who put together my estimate was right to the point, played no games with me, which made me very comfortable to move forward with A+. All my furniture arrived in PERFECT condition and arrived when the company told me it would. Top notch customer service department. Every time I called with a question they were always very helpful and kind. I’ve already recommended them to two other family’s that also had wonderful moves. I will definitely be using A+ Moving and Storage for all my future moves!

My moving experience with A Plus Moving & Storage was great!! The customer service was top notch! I told them what I needed and they told me what to expect. I am revising my review after completion of delivery. My things seems to have arrived in mostly good condition. As in, some scuffs here and there. But I will say, I had a plastic laundry basket with some pillows inside. They brought it taped up, and the hamper wasn't broken at all. So, that is something. I’ll summarize my previous review by saying that the customer service at this company is extremely poor. Expect to be treated like a wallet and not like a person at this company. If you have an issue, you will be so far as hung up on by customer service. Even still, I’m revising from one to two stars because the actual delivery, while past originally promised windows, was pretty smooth overall

Excellent service and handled all my belongings with care! I chose A Plus Moving to do my move and it was the best decision because they were so efficient, professional and took care of my things! Their customer service is top tier and I’d definitely work with them again or recommend them to anyone!
