I’m giving this place one star because of how unfairly I saw one of their Hispanic workers being treated. From what I witnessed, the way the staff spoke to her and singled her out felt disrespectful and biased. It was uncomfortable to watch, and it completely ruined any trust I had in this salon. No employee deserves to be talked down to or treated differently because of who they are. If this is how they handle their own workers, I can only imagine how they treat customers. I won’t be coming back, and I hope they address this kind of behavior immediately

I have been coming here to do my Nails for years, never will be coming back horrible service I received today I did my nails two days ago you can clearly tell the gel too coat was coming off and they didn’t look glossy cleaner it was the gel that it was defective . I came in they made me wait one hour and she just fixed one nail leaving all my nails ugly . Dont come heere horrible service after I payed .

did an amazing job on my nails but just took a while 2-3 hours. I love how the nail techs put time into their work and do not rush so you can have the best service. overall awesome!!

Anne is amazing! She is so detail oriented and so sweet I could not recommend her more. My set lasts super long with her and she takes extra care not to damage my nails whenever she does the removals.

I am originally from ATL but stopped here before my birthday cruise. Candy did my nails and she was very informative and her attention to detail was A1! She fot my nails together with everything I wanted! I love my nails and am so appreciative of her quality and skillset!

I do not recommend this place based on my daughter’s experience. This was her first time here. She had an appointment at 5 PM, but they didn’t start working on her nails until 6 PM. Then, it took them 2 hours to do a simple dip manicure—plain, short white nails—which usually takes other nail salons 45 minutes. So my daughter was in a nail salon for over 3 hours just to get her nails done.
While she was there, another woman got so frustrated with the wait that she tried to leave. They begged her to stay, saying, “We’ll take you right now,” but still didn’t get to her. On top of that, they told my daughter the nails would be $50 when she booked, but they charged her $60 at the end. To make it worse, they didn’t even do the shape she asked for, and the nails turned out thick, uneven, and chunky. Look at the picture.. my daughter is a very petite 16 year old with tiny hands, and her nails look huge and tacky and even worse in person. The following day I had to take her to get them fixed somewhere else and the nail technician cannot believe how thick and chunky they were. He had to file off so much of the dip powder. And obviously I also had to spend more money.
My daughter has written this review and asked me to post it as we don’t want her identity revealed since she is a minor. She doesn’t want anyone else to go through what she did and waste a whole night and money to end up with these results.
This salon should have offered to fix her nails the following day with another technician or do something to make it right. Very disappointed.

My family and I have been doing our nails with them for over 5 years. I have done my nails with David and I never leave disappointed. He is fast, pays attention to detail and is always friendly and nice. Everyone else is great also, I have done my nails with Ann, Yudi and Candy and they are all AMAZING.

this place is horrible. if i could give it 0 stars i would. people have a disgusting attitude and aren’t even that good. if you’re gonna act nasty at least be good! I waited an hour even though i had an appointment. not a good experience.
