This is the same company that I used 30 years ago to polish my TERRAZO FLOOR.I was so happy they were still in business.They came out and after two and a half days I have the most magnificent TERRAZO FLOOR.Communication was excellent. Everyone was on time, and the workmen were very efficient , polite and respectful.

Frederick and his team were very professional. My marble countertop needed a lot of TLC and they came in and made it like new! I used them 5 years ago and same outcome-I am glad I found them again. Would highly recommended AA\\u0026J.

Fredrickband his team did such an amazing job on our old Cuban tile floors. We thought they were gone but they brought them back to a new life. They were so kind, professional and accommodating.

I was very lucky to be refered to Frederick. Since my first contact with him he was honest, professional, responsive, knowledgeable, courteous and kind. Frederik's team did an excellent job to my dinning and family room tiles. Their job was done in a very detailed and timely manner. Will definitely recommend Frederick's company.

Federick, Johnny, and Juan Carlos are outstanding. They are very nice and very efficient. No clean-up necessary after the fact. They handle it all! I am a very happy customer!! Attached is a picture of their beautiful workmanship.

Fredrick and his team did a wonderful job on my travertine back porch. He had come and evaluated that the problem was mineral stains. He warned me the outcome of the treatment was not guaranteed which I thought was very honest of him. He is a straightforward and honest individual, highly knowledgeable of his work. I decided to move forward hoping for a moderate improvement. The outcome was a significant improvement. They performed the work in a timely manner and the men cleaned up after the job was finished. I definitely recommend them.

The AA&J team fully restored the limestone floors in our condo in 2015 and came back to refinish a heavily traveled kitchen in 2019. Frederick really loves natural stone floors and his team brings out the best in them. Professional, dependable and satisfying results. I’m about to hire AA&J again.

I had not touched my floors since I moved in about eight years ago and I mistakenly thought they were terracotta. Frederick set me straight. They are quarry tile and needed much tender care.He gave me an estimate, I said, yes, please and he came next morning with his crew at 8 am.Beautiful floors a few hours later.Could not have been more seamless.

Frederick and his crew were prompt, professional and trustworthy. They brought my 1950s Cuban tile floors back to life. This was the 2nd time we used them for our floors and we will definitely use them the next time our floors need some TLC.

I typically do not write online reviews, but wanted to leave a review for AA&J Floor Care because of their exemplary service. I initially decided to reach out to AA&J Floor Care because of the tremendous reviews they have. During my first phone call, the owner of the business Frederick asked me if I knew anything about floors. I told him I did not know too much, and he was extremely informative when describing all my different options. He even told me that I could spend more money, but would not get much bang for my buck. At that point I realized just how honest he was, and my mind was immediately made up that I wanted to move forward with him. He and his team showed up on time and did an impeccable job in cleaning my floors and restoring the tile and grout to look like new. Afterwards, Frederick left me with detailed instructions on how to properly maintain and take care of the floors. I noticed there was a tiny bit of residue in a couple areas of the floor, and when I called Frederick to ask him what he would recommend I use to clean the residue (something I happily would have done myself), he insisted that he and his team return to take care of it! It is so rare to find any business that cares so much about their customers. Frederick and his team treats your home as if it were their own. They are honest, ethical, prompt, responsive, and excellent at what they do. I highly recommend AA&J Floor Care for anyone who needs detailed attention to their home. You won't regret it!

From the beginning this was one of the most easy and satisfying projects we've taken on when redoing our condo. Frederick and his team were friendly and professional and left me an absolutely stunning tile floor. I didn't really know what to expect or have any idea how much it would transform our condo! You think you can just live with dull unfinished floors because for me, I didn't know any better. I do now! We have roughly 1250 sq ft and it took his team about 3 days to finish. Well worth the money and the time to walk in and feel like your floors have a new lease on life. Thank you Frederick and team for being so friendly and honest and caring about what you do!
