08/09/24 came in for service, come to the office the door was open with no one inside waited outside then one person opened the door saw me and locked the office and they are sitting down while the roll down of the garage is open, poor customer service they don’t want to work or give the customer any attention, ended up going to a local shop where they prioritize the customer not like her they shut the door in your face please not that this is at 3 pm this a shame for the name AAMCO

I recently had my car serviced at AAMCO, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and attentive. Hector, the manager, did a good job in ensuring the process was smooth and efficient. His customer service was great and overall I felt very content with this experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who asks.

Honestly vernice the manager, but is been headcke back and for, transmission for 2 Months, after i paid almost $3,000 , that i owen, missing my work day. i been strong , feeling so stress i dont know how my heart hold on , worries about my job.

Courteous and professional. Knowledgeable and performed service on our ‘12 VW Jetta in a timely manner. Hector was great. Aamco was highly recommended when we tried to find a place to repair I believe was some kind of shift cable that was connected to the transmission that came loose. I think it’s worth noting before bringing your car in that they are pricey and charge a diagnostic fee upfront and then there’s a separate charge for service & repairs. My husband was pleased with the service, esp since the VW dealerships charge a leg for repairs. However, I can’t help but wish there was some kind of online coupon or military discount aamco could offer.Regardless, it’s a week later, & so far so good with the car, but here’s hoping that the work done lasts a long time for what it all cost us.

Hector is amazing ! I had a couple questions about my transmission and he was very patient and helped clarify all my concerns. He’s fast and very reliable, I’ll definitely be going to Hector in the future for any repairs.

Been going to Aamco for over 10 years, all the way from the time they only had their Hialeah location to now their more convenient location in Westchester. Both locations I have received professional customer service, good warranties, and competitive pricing for all my vehicles over the years. I confidently recommend friends and family to get a quote and service from Aamco and compare it to other shops and Aamco always provides the better experience.
