I love Abercrombie kids, I have 5 grandchildren and on birthdays and Christmas I shop there, because the clothes are of good quality and current models, the employees are very friendly. I just cried when I found out that the Fall Mall store was closed, it was very close to my house, but I'm going to Dolphin Mall now

I was inside the store before 9 o'clock when I finished choosing the manager comes with a horrible character and the worst costumer service I've ever been given, he tells me that the register has already closed when there were still people to pay, when I tell him that it is still open tells me that they only serve those last two customers and it really is a lack of respect on his part because I was already inside the store
