I have sent with them several times. And I recently made two large shipments. Some things did not arrive in Venezuela and they are not responsible either. They had a delay of two more weeks. And they don't respond at all. They leave me in sight!
I will not send more here, they are not reliable!

He commented on my experience with ACexport, I sent a box at the end of 2022, and it took exactly 5 weeks for it to arrive at its destination, without any problem. This time I decided to look for the same company again, on March 9 I contacted the company representative in Houston Angel Medina, I decided to send a small box and make a payment via Zelle to his personal account, without any problem I went to his house and left the box; We agreed that in 6 weeks the box would be in Vzla, I asked him for the tracking number and he never sent it. To date, the box has been 13 weeks old and nothing has arrived at its destination. I ask, who is responsible for all this? During this whole journey, Angel's stories, the ship was damaged, customs problems, blah blah blah. I recently found out that Ángel does not work at AcExport and I contracted AcExport's services and Ángel told me that the shipment was with another company.
